Outstanding Aftercare Service from Vado

We had an excellent experience with Vado. Knowing that most of their products come with a 15-year warranty already gave us confidence in the quality of the brand.

We recently experienced an issue with our shower handle leaking, and identifying the correct replacement part proved to be quite challenging. From the moment we contacted Vado’s aftercare team, the service was outstanding. Steve, the Aftercare Manager, personally took the time to call us, carefully listened to the issue, and fully understood the problem before taking action.

Steve went above and beyond to identify the exact part needed and arranged for it to be delivered to us the very next day. What truly set the experience apart was his continued support — he followed up with us, provided reassurance, and stayed involved until the issue was completely resolved and everything was working perfectly.

It is rare these days to receive such attentive and genuine customer service. We were extremely impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and commitment shown throughout the entire process.

A sincere and special thank you to Steve for his exceptional support and for going the extra mile to make sure the problem was fully resolved. Vado’s aftercare service is truly outstanding.

Brilliant service from Vado

The thermostat cartridge in our shower wasn't working properly. Vado sent a replacement the next day - such brilliant service, no quibbles just immediate response.

Lucy in the product support team was so helpful, she listened to my concern, empathised with the problem and came up with a solution! Acted promptly and i have a new part for my shower coming out with next day delivery, how can i not rate 5 stars, exceeded my expectations.

Lucy (Customer care) was incredibly helpful in resolving the dripping issue that affected my thermostatic valve. The issue was identified quickly and a FOC warranty replacement part posted the same day. Excellent customer service and thank you.

Amazing Customer Care from Lucy at Vado

Amazing Customer Care from Lucy at Vado. My Hand Rail Shower was damaged accidentally. When enquiring about the availability of Spares the response was not only quick but Vado also despatched the spare parts to me at zero cost to myself which was totally unexepected as the damage was not the fault of Vado. They deserve 10 Stars.

Had a small leak on the diverter


Had a small leak on the diverter handle. Spoke with Holly from Vado who sent me a replacement valve and a helpful explanation of how to change the valve. It took me ten minutes and the valve was changed, Very good aftersales and helpful team at VADO

That's what you call good customer service

I wanted to give a review about the customer service that I received. We bought a new build in 2023 with Vado shower unit. This year we had an issue with the small attachment holding the shower head, it unfortunately snapped. Initially we looked to buy a replacement for just the small attachment but it wasn't possible, we'd have to buy the whole holder unit which we didn't want to because the rest of the unit was fine. I contacted Vado customer services to ask if it was possible to buy just the small attachment and unlike most companies these days we actually encountered really excellent customer service. A really fast response from one agent called Holly, who kept in touch all the way, communicated about all the information she needed and then said she'd send me a new attachment free of charge. Things go wrong from time to time, but it is so rare to find a company where a real person actually deals with you personally, quickly, sensitively and efficiently. Thank you very much. Keep up the good customer service.

Excellent support and replacement part

Excellent communication and support from Andrew in the Product Support team. Clearly explained what proof of purchase we needed to provide and we could not fault the help we got with a faulty shower temperature handle. Replacement arrived as promised and fits a like a dream. Thank you Andrew!

Recently called up and spoke to the product support team, I dealt with Andrew in their technical team and I must say he is Amazing !!!! he knows his stuff! he is an absolute legend. he knew exactly what I needed and was super helpful. Its one thing to have a technical team but to have some one as knowledgeable and helpful as him in a company is hard to find ! such a great experience, I no longer dread calling in for more information!

What a helpful company Vado are.

Had occasion to Contact Vado to order a replacement handset for my shower which I was quite happy to pay for. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the products they market. Furthermore I am covered by a 15 year warranty so there would be nothing to pay. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vado again and would recommend to friends.
