We had a good experience at the showroom and a lot of help from the sales lady. she helped us make the decision on the sofa for our new home. delivery was quick and they were super helpful in moving things around out chaotic space. would recommend.

We needed some new comfortable seats for enjoying TV time. The massage and heat are wonderful bonuses. Delivery and set up was done very professionally. Purchase was made online after a very good chat exchange with a sales person.

Purchased the Parma Leather Chesterfield Sofa and absolutely love it! Exceeded my expectations.

Ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered six days later. White glove delivery was over and above!

I am honestly so impressed with these Valencia Tuscany chairs. We just finished our theater room and these are definitely the highlight. The material feels very premium and they are incredibly comfortable for sitting through a long movie. You can really tell that they are well-made and built to last.

I also had a great experience with their customer service. I reached out with a few general questions when the chairs first arrived and the team was really fast to get back to me with helpful answers.

The only small thing I would point out is specific to this Heat & Massage model. The remote for those features feels a bit outdated and bulky compared to how modern and sleek the chairs look. It isn't the most intuitive design to use. Also, the description mentions USB-C charging, but I haven't been able to find a USB-C port anywhere on the unit. The USB-A port that is included is located right at the top of the remote controller, which is a bit of an awkward spot for a charger.

Even with those minor quirks regarding the remote, the actual quality and comfort of the seating are easily five stars. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone building out a home cinema.

We purchased the Tuscany Executive Theater Seating, loveseat edition with heating and massage to convert an office space into a theater room post-retirement. We love the high quality italian leather and heating/massage features. The customizable recline, headrest, and lumbar positions create the ultimate big game or movie viewing experience. As a bonus, ours came with free tray tables which are very useful.

Delivery was timely, and the driver even placed the package in our garage for us so we could store it there until beginning installation the following day. Install was straightforward, taking around one hour from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I had size issues when ordering the first sofa - ie the sofa could not enter the lift nor going through the stairs when I received it - the client service team has been so nice to find a solution for me and they have been very accommodating all the way. I love the theater seats. They have held up nice with dogs and kids and our whole family enjoys the seats everyday. The reclining and tables are a nice addition. We have no issues with installing, delivery, or use. Very well made.
