We recently purchased the Valencia Luxury seating for our game room and couldn’t be happier. Kids love the built in lighting, and I love the ability to articulate the head and torso section. We will definitely be purchasing more seating in the near future.

Valencia quick at delivering once the order was placed. The chairs themselves work well & look fantastic. They are incredibly comfortable and after a year it’s like they are brand new.

Buying these chairs was definitely the right home theatre move!

Totally unreliable blaming their courier company Rhenus (least said about them the better)
2 failed delivery dates at short notice. Now receiving delaying emails stating that they are awaiting cancel details from their delivery company before making a refund??!!. You are the supplier, you choose your courier...4 days after cancelling delivery at 90 minutes notice they have still failed to confirm a delivery date. Circa £2k out of pocket...taking to Paypal resolution as they are unwilling to confirm a refund

It was so great to work with Felipe and Mexico Valencia team to co ordinate the purchase and shipping of the product to my home. The product arrived without any damage and we are enjoying the seats now.

I placed an order with this company about two and a half months ago, and I have not received the product yet. Each time I contacted customer service, I was informed that the item had not arrived at their warehouse. During one call, the conversation ended suddenly after I expressed concern about the delay.

Based on my personal experience so far, I would not choose to place another order with this company.

Constant delays and when sofa arrived was missing Ottoman. Had to wait for 2 further delivery dates to finally get full sofa.
Will never buy from VTS again

The quality and softness of the leather are outstanding—even better than we expected. Our white glove delivery arrived right on time and the team was professional, efficient, and careful with every step of the setup.

My Tuscany Executive row of 3 chairs were delivered on time and professionally setup in the exact location I wanted. These seats are beyond comfortable and also forgiving of liquid spills as long as they are promptly cleaned up. The whole process of buying and delivery went smooth and I look forward to enjoying these seats for years to come! They are the icing on the cake to my 11.4.8 home theater setup!

Purchased the Isabella leather sofa last year. Price was competitive, it looks great, has held up well so far against our cat, and is comfy. Delivery and set-up went smoothly. Couch came with a small scratch and customer service dealt with it nicely by sending 2 free blankets.

When we found ourselves in need of an armchair recently, I didn't hesitate to purchase from Valencia. Just purchased it last week so still waiting for it to arrive, but the experience with customer service (to set up extended 5-year warranty) so far has been exceedingly pleasant.

We'll be hunting for a new dining table and chairs next and Valencia will be the first place we look.

This chair that I purchase is very comfortable, with very soft tough leather, with nice vibration with heat massage, and price range was well in my budget.

The Valencia Laisha recliner is incredibly comfortable and looks fantastic in the living room. The cushions have the perfect balance of support, and the reclining action is smooth and effortless. High-quality materials and great design make it a perfect spot to relax. Definitely worth it!

So pleased with my new couch from Valencia Theater seating. I was searching for a couch for months and finally found this gem. It’s the perfect size for my space, has a low profile but adjustable headrests, and it reclines! The leather is great quality and dog friendly! The delivery service was great as well!
