I’m very disappointed with my experience with this bag and the customer service.
I purchased this bag only 5 months ago and used it just 4 times. The white coating on the rock studs is already peeling off, and the metal underneath is showing. Even the extra replacement studs that were never used and kept in the small pouch have the same factory defect — the corners are chipped and the white color is damaged.
I reported this issue more than 40 days ago and sent clear photos, but customer service has not provided a proper solution or invited me for an in-person inspection. After spending money on a luxury brand like Valentino , I expected much better product quality and after-sales support.ziro support and customer care. I like to load photos of my bag and showed everyone how much the factory defect is on my bag.there is no real difference between a 2500$ Valentino bag and a 100 $ cheap bag - just the name and the price . No one in Valentino company has even responded to me . Very disappointed customer care.

Borsa rockstud edizione limitata acquistata nel 2022 e utilizzata una decina di volte in modo maniacale. Qualche settimana fa scrivo al servizio clienti segnalando che la ceratura della patta(costolatura in gergo) si sta screpolando e staccando. Mi chiedono foto etc e mi ritirano il pacco con DHL per inviarlo al centro riparazione di Scandicci. Oggi, senza nessuna mail, la borsa mi rientra tale e quale… con la seguente motivazione(dopo aver segnalato la cosa al servizio clienti):
“ La informiamo che, a seguito della verifica fisica dell’articolo, il nostro reparto Controllo Qualità ha concluso che non è tecnicamente possibile procedere al ripristino della costola, in considerazione delle condizioni attuali della borsa e del materiale.
In particolare, la pelle nell’area interessata risulta strutturalmente indebolita, e ciò non permetterebbe alla riparazione di aderire correttamente né di mantenere nel tempo la forma originaria della borsa. Un eventuale intervento avrebbe comportato un elevato rischio di compromettere ulteriormente l’integrità del prodotto, motivo per cui i nostri tecnici non hanno potuto procedere con la riparazione”
Premetto che la borsa è stata utilizzata pochissimo e in maniera maniacale… forse per non far indebolire la patta avrebbero dovuto applicare meno borse per non farla pesare 2kg! Trovo aberrante che una borsa di neppure tre anni sarà a livello estetico e funzionale compromessa! Neppure con le borse di Carpisa Ê mai capitato!!

Ich habe diesen Gürtel gekauft aus Stoffband.
Beim zweiten Anlass ihn zu tragen, musste ich leider feststellen, dass beide Nähte, die das Endstück der Schließe fixieren sich gelöst haben. Ein selten schlechtes Produkt und eine sehr mangelhafte Verarbeitung mit einem viel zu dünnen Faden !!!
Ich wandte mich an den Customer Service über Mail und WhatsApp und dieser ist desaströs! Selten so etwas schlechtes erlebt … gekauft Ende November, einmal getragen, reklamiert am 17.12. und dann schreiben Sie dass sie keinen Umtausch akzeptieren weil getragen und das eine inspection ihres repair centers notwendig macht. Dies habe aber erst ab 7. Januar wieder geöffnet … mein verweist mich auf Hilfe in Boutiquen, die 300 bzw 800 km von meinem Wohnort entfernt sind … das ist betrügerisches Vorgehen und ich werde dies zur Anzeige bringen. Ich habe als Kunde immer noch Rechte bei schlechter Qualität in angemessener Zeit Ersatz zu bekommen ….
BE AWAY FROM VALENTINO
I bought a Valentino Man shoes from Saks off Fifth avenue and the quality of the product was horrible. The paints are coming off and the bottom of the shoes are coming off. The quality and the customer service is horrible. It is an expensive shoe and not worth it at all. Dont buy at all.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here I’m not even sure if the site is legit. I placed an order not even 1 hour went by and I noticed a minor error despite order not even showing as received they said it’s nothing the could do. 200+ down the drain and I have to wait 10-14 days to receive a call from a random number and hope to resolve this issue
A Disheartening Experience with a Brand I Once Admired
I’m a frequent buyer of luxury goods, not a high-net-worth individual, but someone who values craftsmanship, quality materials, and the feeling of being cared for as a customer. I see these purchases as special investments, and over time I’ve built a small collection of beautiful, well-made pieces.
That’s why my experience with Valentino has been so disappointing. Last summer, I purchased a pair of white sneakers. I wore them fewer than five times before storing them carefully for winter, in their open dust bag, inside their box, alongside my other items, all of which remain in perfect condition.
When I opened the box this summer, I was shocked to find signs of mould damage on the sneakers. I immediately contacted Valentino customer service, only to receive a series of dismissive, unhelpful responses. I was passed between representatives, each one showing little interest and ultimately blaming me for “improper use and storage.”
I take great care of the items I buy, these things matter to me, so I found this treatment insulting. After several emails, I was finally told to bring the shoes into a boutique for review. I made the trip, spoke with a kind sales associate who reassured me it would all be resolved, and left feeling cautiously optimistic.
Weeks later, after the shoes were shipped abroad to Valentino’s warehouse for after-sales care, I received an email saying they were being returned to me. When the box arrived, I opened it to find the sneakers in exactly the same condition as when I sent them. No repairs, no explanation - just a wasteful round-trip shipment and a customer left completely unheard.
For a brand that positions itself at the height of luxury, this lack of care and accountability is deeply disappointing — both in customer service and in environmental responsibility.
No refund for bad quality
I bought a bag for 110€ in may 2025 used it 1 time and the color goes off they say its not the factory’s fault and that its my and color from my clothing went off on it. That is not true since you cant wash it off and it is clearly the paint that goes off from the bag. And worst of all they don’t refund me or give me a new one they just say its my fault. Don’t bother buying anything from them

From the start it was a nightmare to order online.The chips that I ordered come as a small portion and I ordered large.Wouldn’t normally comment as just a mistake but the pizza I ordered was the worst pizza I have ever had.Ordered double pepperoni and hardly any pepperoni.Completely tasteless.Will not be ordering again 😡
Luxury or “Luxury”
So I went on the website to take part in the vans collab. I ordered the polka dot red color in a women’s size by accident (same exact shoes, little distinction from what I can tell). Not even 5 minutes after, I sent a message to support noting the error and trying to confirm the correct item. After this, I was informed that the item ordered was confirmed (or switched) to be a men’s size 9. Sometime later the shoes arrived and were still women’s shoes. I gave support a call twice just to be told “we can’t change anything once it’s already ordered, request a return or refund and just buy the shoes again.”. All of this in mind, I’m deciding not to repurchase because of the principle of transparency. The shoes were meant to be a birthday gift and nothing was done to better improve my experience. Highly dissatisfied and more so disappointed in this “luxury” brand.

Buongiorno siamo o meglio eravamo clienti della boutique valentino di Milano monte Napoleone abbiamo acquistato una borsa in pelle da lavoro ...bene la borsa dopo un po' ha presentato cuciture aperte nei manici e all'interno cosa che non dovrebbe accadere credo visto il prodotto e il prezzo abbiamo riportato la borsa in negozio a luglio e dopo due mesi ci contattano dicendo che non possono sistemarla ripeto sono cuciture aperte
Allora mi chiedo vi sembra normale???
Cari signori diffidate a questo punto del marchio visto che il trattamento per una borsa costata uno stipendio è stato quello sopra descrittivi

Dårlig kvalitet og kundeservice
Købt en taske den 11/1-25 og den har været inde til reparation 2 gang nu. De har den i 6 uge. Jeg ønsker mine penge tilbage og de skriver bare tilbage at din taske bliver repareret og vil ikke svare på min anmodning. Jeg synes virkelig det er dårlig service fra deres kundeservice.

Wrong items received - refused refund
I ordered two pairs of sandals; they arrived very late, and the wrong colour and size! When I asked to return them they said they don’t do refunds on sale items. They sent me the wrong damn items! And they’re keeping my money? I have made a claim with my bank but absolutely, at all costs AVOID THIS COMPANY. Unbelievable behaviour.

Valentino butik i Illum er den værste butik! Køb aldrig noget derfra. Ingen kundeservice. Meget dyr sko, som fælder fra hinanden efter 2 brug og jeg fik 0 hjælp til reklamations. Tværtimod bagtaler sælgerne mig til hinanden, jeg møde agressiv tone og flæben kommentarer. Ingen erstatning eller reklamations ret gælder der.
