Sent my order back over a week ago #10442
Asked for a refund and paid to send the parcel back no email reply to say they have received it or anything. Tracking shows it was returned with a picture.

Absolutely shocking order some jean with writing on the back the writing had pealed of loads by the time they arrived i emailed and heard nothing back never again will i be buying from yourselves

I placed an order of £145 on 4 items which was “dispatched” on the 12th December. Ive had no update since on my order. According to royal mail they still haven't received it and I've tried making contact through email, instagram, tik tok and facebook and ive heard nothing back. And this has caused me alot of stress as christmas is fast approaching and my partner will have hardly any gifts now under the tree. I just want my items ive paid for Christmas or a refund. A real shame as the items looked lovely

This company I have ordered from before that are good however the silly Royal Mail guy has gone and delivered or shall I say left my parcel across the road by the bins on bin day and no parcel is to be seen I was only informed of this on the 17th and it was apparently put there on the 12th I will say they are a good company but I don’t know what’s going on at the moment people are stealing a lot and couriers are leaving parcels in silly places, not once did I request a safe place I never have, I have always said I want it delivered directly to me and I will sign for it as well as no red card received, I have bought from them many times and never had a issue always got my parcel delivered to me directly, this is the first time ever this has happened, I was away so I thought I’d have it delivered to a temporary place I’m staying at however it didn’t get to me. What I’m waiting on now is a reply from the retailer and hoping we can do something once this is done I will give them 5 stars as im a fair person. Also to the comment below same thing has happened to me no email I found out 5 days later it was delivered to shared bins on bin day, but they are a real company as I have received good from them In the past. Please get back to me on this hope we can resolve the issue and a loyal customer

I need to no if this site scam or real as I place order and not receive my email or reference number and they took money out my bank. Please someone contact me

Got various different items excellent quality and came within a few days

Saw this brand scrolling through instagram thinking it would be another cheap brand. I decided to give it a go anyway, and buzzing with the outcome. Nice smart casual t-shirts and amazing quality not tacky like others in the past. For such a great price aswell. Put these in flannels and they would be priced at £300, so for £30 you can not go wrong. It arrived on time aswell which is great I'll definitely be back.

Over 4 weeks still haven't received t shirt emailed them no reply fake site

Quality of cargos trousers that I bought were fine however it seems that after a couple wears that seems to shrink quite a bit to the point where it doesn’t fit anymore. shame.

Quality garments, great value, all orders are tracked, Customer service experience excellent

Almost 20 days and i’m still yet to get my purchase, sent an email to them about it and still no response till now

I love all your products but you don't do them in my size xxl. Please start doing that size.

The quality is perfect and good design,but the delivery is very poor because I got mine in almost a month. Am yet to see my second experience
