ordered some stuff over a week ago have heard nothing of delivery tried to contact twice with no response wondering if they will ever come

Went through a long process of receiving the wrong order, after was being reaffirmed that i would receive an exchange and was asked to send the jeans back. When i went to the post office i was told the return label was invalid, spent several days trying to contact them with no reply. Now im stuck -£40 with a pair of jeans that i cant wear. Absolutely awful experience and would not recommend anyone to buy from here.

I’ve bought 3 pairs of cargo trousers from here and all of them shrink really bad when you wash them, they also sun bleach really quickly if you dry them on the airing line outside, quality is very poor as well, the last pair I got have no pocket liners because the stitching gave out on me like 3 months after buying them, I contacted Valere before and got no help at all because I bought the item through Jd Sports not directly from them? Does JD have a different stockist to Valere? Either way every time I give them the benefit of the doubt and make a new purchase here I am always disappointed and their customer service is poor as well, just avoid and stick with reputable brands!!! After a barrage of emails between myself and Valere they sent me a 33.3% refund after undoubtedly proving the quality of their cargo trousers are poor via photo email. Nothing has changed as I only received half the refund I was promised by their team by email on the same day. Avoid guys! Stick to reputable brands

Fast delivery brilliant price quality material

Shirt quality's are bad printing coming off after just one wash. Size of shirts are different some M fits Some M bigger. Customer service tried to be supportive but didn't read emails..
Wanted an exchange got a refound.

Bought for my husband as a birthday gift - he loves!! We exchanged one of the tshirts for a different size and it was sent out right away! Will be ordering again for sure. Thankyou!!

Not the best quality and beware before buying because you won't get a refund if you don't like it, rather not buy from them

I ordered from valere for the first time and I am really pleased with the quality of clothing!! I ordered a few bits and will definitely be back for more. Products looked same as the website which was very helpful.

Got different to what I thought I was buying . Got the grey jumper with white and blue cloudy print but instead it’s just only a horrible blue , not what was pictured . Can’t return as took tag off before double checking as expect to get what I see and ordered , shouldn’t have to check , what a shame .£50 down the drain .sizing isn’t bad neither is the quality but can’t wear it with a massive ugly blue sticker print in the middle. Edit , from response . No slam at all . Anywhere I can send an image. Why would I slam you if I got what I saw in the image ?

I didn’t receive what I ordered. No up date for delivery nothing very disappointed.

Hi please don’t purchase from these guys they scammed me didn’t send my jeans out ordered them for next day delivery don’t make the same mistake I did.
