Ik huurde meerdere jaren via VanderHuizen en kwam onlangs in een situatie terecht die zowel complex als emotioneel moeilijk voor mij was. De beheerafdeling heeft alles professioneel, duidelijk en met veel begrip afgehandeld. Dankzij hun tijdige communicatie en efficiënte coördinatie werd het probleem soepel en in uitzonderlijk korte tijd opgelost. Ik waardeer hun ondersteuning en de manier waarop het hele proces werd begeleid.

Het was een goede en fijne bezichtiging alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en ik wacht nu af of ik het ben geworden! Ik hoop het en ben benieuwd wat de toekomst brengt!

Let me tell you about my experience with living at Tourniairestraat, one of their rental locations:
- The front door has no lock for 3 months: we've had numerous instances of homeless folks entering the building, breaking into empty rooms and leaving dirt behind in kitchens, bathrooms. This has been reported but they've done NOTHING
- They removed all insulation from the exterior wall in spring 2025 and have not put it back: it was 12 degrees in my room before I bought an electric heater at my own expense!!!
- Electricity outages: due to many people using the heaters (so they can have normal temperatures in their rooms) outlets in rooms often lose power many times a day, unfixable by just flipping the fuse switch.
- Little to no service repairs: though all of these issues were reported, nothing was done to fix these issues for the long term. e.g. water leaking through ceilings causing mold was not fixed by looking for where the leak is, but by just spraying it with anti-mold.
- An example: in March/April we were told that we will switch to fiberoptic internet and that there will be little to no reception on our wifi due to the service work. It ended up taking over 3 months to restore functionality, all the while we were paying the included service costs.

My conclusion: do not live here unless you are willing to put up with these circumstances.

Hele goede en snelle service bij Vanderhuizen. Heel erg tevreden!

Mijn verwarming deed het wat minder, dit is snel opgelost. Ik kreeg alleen van tevoren niet te horen dat de monteur eraan kwam, maar gelukkig was ik wel thhis

Ik heb vandaag mijn huur overeenkomst ondertekend met Brigitte en het ging vlot en alles was goed georganiseerd!

Een paar jaar een kamer gehuurd, ivm na een burn out en depressie weer vol in het leven te gaan staan.
Voor mij was dit een uitkomst om alles weer op de rit te krijgen en door niet te duur te huren, te sparen om weer een volledige woning te kunnen betrekken.

Bij de overdracht als ook de eindinspectie te maken gehad met dezelfde makelaar van Van der Huizen, welke professioneel maar ook begripvol was.

Ook goed en duidelijk geholpen bij telefonisch of mail verkeer.

Mijn vraag is serieus genomen door de contactpersoon van Van der Huizen. Ze zijn bereikbaar en ondernemen actie. Prettig en welwillend.

Eindinspectie met Brigitte verliep naar wens. Alles is netjes in orde en mijn borg wordt teruggestort.

Goede service en duidelijke communicatie gedurende het hele traject. Bij vragen werd ik snel geholpen en alles verliep soepel. Zeker een aanrader.

Ik had gereageerd op een woning en ik kreeg al heel gauw een reactie en een datum door wanneer ik de woning kon bezichtigen. De foto’s die je op de advertentie van de woning ziet zijn vergelijkbaar met hoe het in het echt is.
