not even worth having one star review. it would better to buy from high street. i regret i bougbt a bag from this brand. i had even returned back to fix it but it came back to me 4 month later with nothing fixed and it seems it is not fixible due to terrible
design and quality. dont waste your money.

Very bad experience! I ordered 2 the same product and my order was cancelled while I could select it on the Web. What's the point to show products on the web while they are out of stock?

I bought a Vanessa Bruno coat from Place des Tendances (as it was sold out on their website) that came in with stitches coming out of every possible seam, visibly crooked seams on the collar, and an entirely crooked inner lining. The coat literally looks as if someone practiced sewing on it for the first time, and I paid 575 euros for it.

I e-mailed Vanessa Bruno to inform them about the quality of the product that I just bought from their brand and asked them to step in and offer a resolution together with the store. They disregarded my remarks completely and told me that they would not do anything about it, as I bought the coat from a reseller (that they supply!) and not from their website directly.

I should have read the other reviews before purchasing anything from this brand. Obviously, they don't care about their customers, nor do they care about the poor-quality clothing they sell. It's my first and last purchase. Avoid at all costs!

Bought the Malo sweater for $600 in a Charlotte NC boutique. I've worn it twice and it looks like I have worn it hundred times! Pilled all over. Such a huge disappoint for a big expense.

Customer service van dit merk is echt een drama. Geen enkel contact te krijgen. Mijn bestelling geplaatst en nu na een maand nog steeds niets ontvangen. Customer service geeft geen enkele reactie.
Ben even wat meer ervaringen gaan opzoeken. Is echt erg wat ik lees. Hoe kun je zo je bedrijfsvoering inrichten!! Bestel ajb. NOOIT bij de Vanessa Bruno website want de kans dat je jouw product of refund ontvangt (wanneer je je items terugstuurt), is nihil.

Send my parcel back to GLOBAL E, tracking number is showing that it has been received on the 11th of September, but no communication and still no refund.
After mailing several times and sending the tracking numbers with proof of delivery via a picture of the sender Post.NL, still no refund.

I bought a Vanessa Bruno bag from La Samiritiane while on a trip to Paris. The hardware came off 2 days later. I contacted Vanessa Bruno to replace at least give me some guidance on how to fix it, and they wrote back a very unfriendly email telling me to go back to La Samiritaine. La Samiritaine can't do anything about it either. Now I'm stuck figuring out how to fix a $600 piece of junk for a bag. Shame on Vanessa Bruno for such bad craftsmanship and customer service. I will not make the mistake of purchasing this brand again.

I’m very disappointed, bought a small moonbag €330 with delivery to the Netherlands through Klarna. I returned the bag and sent it back to France with the label of Vanessa Bruno with DHL. Unfortunately I lost the track & trace, DHL gave me the wrong track & trace. Long story short, Vanessa Bruno can’t find the package in the pack-house, there’s mo track & trace, Klarna wants the money. Vanessa Bruno won’t do anything, neither does DHL, so I lost €330, nog bag, nothing. Bad clientservice. Isn’t Vanessa Bruno insured for these lost packages? I bought several bags, clothing etc., but will never ever do it again. Never ever send a package back, only prepaid, I paid myself, wish I didn’t. €330 down the drain.

Leider habe ich nach mehrmaliger Reklamation bis heute keine Ware erhalten!!

I am very happy to have discovered the Vanessa Bruno brand. The VB purchaser can be assured of buying items which are at the same time current and also timeless. I especially like the beautiful styling, the sound manufacturing, and the excellent customer service.

A very nice dress, size is 38 while most of clothes I wear is 36, but I followed VB's guide and it sits perfect on me)) delivered in a nice box, carefully wrapped in beatuful paper)

Love this brand and the products! This is my second handbag and I love it. The color for the summer is perfect and just the right size.
