Everything went fine. I received the parcel in time and in good shape. Really no complaints to make and sorry to read all the bad reviews.

V Bruno is such a wonderful chic brand.

The most terrible service ever.
They collect your money but then they don't send the goods.
My order now has been "pending" for 10 days.
Nobody is replying to emails. They are not reachable by phone.
On top they have you pay for express delivery!!
Never again.

I love Vanessa Bruno clothing, but honestly I will never purchase an item from them again. I tried to purchase a shirt on the website, but Vanessa Bruno cancelled the order, with no explanation given. The customer service representative did however write that I could place a new order if I still wanted the shirt.
So I placed a new order for the shirt, and I subsequently received an order confirmation. I was informed that I would receive an update when the shirt was dispatched, which would be in 2-4 days. Two weeks passed, and I had not received confirmation of the shirt being dispatched. I contacted Vanessa Bruno and asked about the status. I did not get any proper reply, just a an email stating that my order had been cancelled.
So my order was cancelled twice, without any explanation or apology from Vanessa Bruno. What is the point of having an online shop if you can't fulfill your obligations? The awful customer service is giving Vanessa Bruno a bad reputation.

I have attempted to shop at the Venessa Bruno shop in Paris Cannes and Lyon and it appears they only make up to size 40 (French)
One wonders if this company only wants their clothes to be seen in slim ladies.The shop assistants all appear embarrassed and say they have asked the company to make bigger sizes?
I only asked for uk 14 Venessa Bruno!!

I bought an expensive bracelet at Vanessa Bruno's webshop, with a promise of 4-5 delivery-days, but 40 days after I`ve still not received it. Vanessa Bruno transferred the money from my bank account already when I ordered it. I have written to customer service sveral times, but I only received standard answers 3 weeks after order, where they ask for patience. I`ve waited 40 days and it is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I ever experienced and I cannot recommend anybody to buy Vanessa Bruno. It is illegal to transfer payment before sending the package, so they don't even know the law, and they`ve had a lot of chances to infom me if a mistake happened, and I have been extremely patient. Never buy from Vanessa Bruno!!!!!

So bad does Vanessa Bruno deals with their customers. Never buy something on this e-shop. This is the worst webshop i have even experienced, and i have a lot of experience. This is what is going on:

- the warehouse is a mess. They do not now what is on stock and what is not. But they let you buy items also if it is not on stock. There is no contact about this. You simply hear nothing so you forget al about it (if you have payed with after pay of course). The effect is that it is possible after 2 month al the sudden they have the goods en send it to you when you didn’t count on it anymore and don’t want it anymore because summer is over ….
- returns are not registered well in the warehouse with as result you have to pay anyway if you have returned. You get warning tot pay in time and it takes a lot of effort tot prove you have returned the order.
- The worst thing i guess: the customer service is dramatic. You can hardly contact them, only by mail. The time it takes to answer your questions is very long!!!! Beside that the answers you get are not accurate and not satisfying at all!
- they do not notice KLARNA / after pay on time and sufficient, so you get reminders of it all the time.

I am for months now trying to solve matters with them. I have to pay for of goods that have never been delivered. Please let someone pay attention to this and solve this problem. I love the brand and its design but the webshop is terrible bad enough.
This is not the way you deal with customers!

Customer service has never deigned to answer to a claim I sent by email , just a shame for this type of brand !

The delivery service of their UK site is not dependable. Sometimes an order will take 3 days or sometimes 7 days ... despite paying for express 4 day shipping. There is no customer service number or email to assist. Don't order if you need an item in less than 8-10 days to be on the safe side.

I didn't want to award Vanessa Bruno a star but I had to in order to write the review! This very expensive and luxurious brand needs to improve their customer service. My order was delivered with an item missing. Although they have refunded me for this item, I have been trying to get in touch by email to customer service for weeks now with no response at all about my other returns. Such a shame as the clothes are beautiful, but at that price the service should be better.

Terrible service and seems to be a trend so I’d stay away. We saw a bag in their shop in France then when we got home I got it for my partner as a present.

They waited two weeks then finally told us that they couldn’t fulfil the order. This was only after we’d chased up why we hadn’t received anything, twice. By this time it was too late to order the bag from anywhere else.

Just stay away. Shop elsewhere. Clearly they have systematic problems, based on our experience and many others….

The most awful experience. Placed 2 separate orders, to then be told after 3 weeks that the order is cancelled due to no stock - this happened twice! I have missed out on getting hold of 2 bags, with no decent explanation and it's very difficult to get hold of them to understand the situation. This is meant to be a premium brand, but the experience has been the worst I have ever encountered! Vanessa Bruno - fix it quick before you go bust.

Like many other customers my experience of Vanessa Bruno is bad. I am still waiting for a refund for an item that DHL returned to them on 17 November 2021, more than 2 months ago. Avoid unless you want to be out of pocket!

They kept your money for long time if you returned your items or cancelled the order, terrible service. Think twice if you really want to buy from them.

Stay away from their online shop! Order dispatched late, no tracking number provided, order never arrived, their CS ignores all contact attempts over weeks... They even censor customer complaints posted on their instagram account. I read other clients were waiting weeks or months for refunds!

I ordered a bag a month before my daughter's birthday, to make sure she would get it on time. It got sent 3 weeks after the purchase and returned twice to France because they forgot to fill out Brexit Papers. I sent multiple emails and got no answer. It has now been over two months and I have not gotten the bag.

I bought a Vanessa Bruno leather bag from their official webshop.

The Vanessa Bruno bag's handles were never fixated to the body of the bag with anything else than mere tape (!). I noticed it after a few times of use, when the handles broke.

I assumed, it was a factory error (the bag was not 100% finished during production) and wrote to their customer service with image documentation and receipt and asked about their warranty policy.

I never heard back. I sent a reminder, and wrote a couple of times. No response whatsoever.

The Vanessa Bruno bag was bought less than 3 months earlier and had been very, very gently used.

I could easily forgive a production mistake, had it been taken care of, but I feel quite disappointed about how an established designer like Vanessa Bruno handles her costumer service.

Unfortunately, it is not safe to shop at vanessabruno.com, and I would recommend you don't rely on the policies, they claim to adhere to.
