Dan arranged the van to come across to Cannock from Leicester for us to view, it was as described and we did the deal and collected next day, it was a nice easy process

I have never known an after sale care like this firm.
With cars you can never guarantee a smooth ride, no matter where you buy from. They are machines at the end of the day! But this firm has really looked after me and my car. Any time I have a query or issue they resolve it without hassle. I have recommended this firm to everyone I know- would definitely buy from again.

I recently bought a seat Leon from this company. I can honestly say the service is actually first class. I had a couple of issues which I had pointed out and there was no hassle sorting this out.
Dan sorted the sales out and those issues. But they also have a good customer support for after too.

Stuart was very helpful from the beginning, I called him and put a deposit on the car i wanted to buy. From then on he couldn’t do enough for us. The whole experience was 5 star and very professional.

Bought 2018 mercedes Vito from van monster 3 weeks ago ,Dan was the salesman,he was very knowledgeable and always kept me upto date with the whole process ,nothing was to much for him , explained the warranty,how to use it if needed ,drove the van from Birmingham to Swansea ,the engine management light came on ,i was a bit gutted just receiving the van and already a problem,so I phoned the warranty asap ,they booked me in to the nearest company they use to look at it ,it needed a new battery and 2 oxy sensors ,as soon as the parts arrived they fitted them ,the van runs like a dream now ,well impressed

Easy transaction, the vehicle I wanted at a great price, Having found that Van Monster could sell me a car. Stuart was good and made the handover simple, coupled up with a good part exchange price, a good experience all round.
