The one star is still a good review for them this is my second van from them and let’s start
1. Few days after I bought this ford transit custom both cv joints was gone for a long time and for my surprise when I change on passenger side I saw the brake pads it was metal to metal just they swap the sensor on the other brake pads
2. Few weeks after I repaired everything above ad blue start all the problems as well warranty as well didn’t take any actions
3. About a month ago the thermostat it was gone and water pump as well and the van it was overheating all the time and for my surprise it was head gasket as well because in rugby area non of the garages want to deal with warranty company’s I need to do it myself when I take out the head it was water in the 2 middle pistons and a lot of rust on the pistons and valves I asked a specialist he told me that gasket it was gone at least minimum 3 years ago and I I bought the van last December
4. At last I was told from van monsters like my van is with chain and not a belt and of course it was a belt ready to go and if that was gone even more problems almost I forgot the mileages it was dropped on my van I bought it in clock with 88k and the original mileages was over 180k after investigation
PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYONE WHO GOT SIMILAR PROBLEMS REPORTED AND GIVE THEM THE BEST REVIEW AND DONT EVER BAY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM

Great experience from start to finish. Website was clear and had everything we needed to know to narrow down our search. Tom at the Cannock branch was great. He was very informative and was very honest with his information. He made sure we were completely happy with everything before we committed and before we paid. Really fantastic customer service.

Although i sorted finance through another company the sales rep Tom was there from start to finish to guide me through the whole process, as this is my first experience buying from a dealership. Sold me a van 3 weeks ago , on purchase no coolant, wipers poor van was limited to 70 which no one had informed me about , valet poor and to top it off the van is now being recovered with it breaking down ,
