Thank you to Chris at Wakefield branch. I initially emailed to see if I could go look at a van just to measure up for my dog walking business as I’d be looking to buy in the near future. I had specific requirements for family and business. He left a voicemail saying am more than welcome to pop up. I didn’t actually go as did find the measurements online. When i was ready to buy he arranged reservation of a van i’d spotted on the site that was in prep. As soon as the van arrived at Wakefield he rang me. I went to view it that afternoon. Test drive. Helped me double check measurements so I was sure it would be perfect for my needs. Gave me a price for my old van. which I knew wouldn’t be much due to age and mileage. But every little helps.
Van needed a clean and a tyre as Chris very vigilantly spotted a screw in one on delivery. He pushed the work through so I could collect the next day. Love the new van and my new dog cages arrived a week early and they fit! Yay!
Highly recommended. No pushy sales tactics. Great sense of humour. Listened to my requirements. And I’ve ended up with my dream dog walking van.

He won't try and sell you add on's that you don't need but will always help if there is something you may want to add on.

Bought a van from Lewis Bingham and the team at Wakefield Van Monster . The service from first enquiry to final handover was first class from Lewis and better by a country mile than most vehicle dealerships you visit.

The history of the vans was clearly and honestly presented , all my enquiries however challenging were clearly and honestly answered. When Lewis didn't have the information, instead of trying to make something up he went away and got the facts. Though i had reserved a vehicle I was presented with other options and put under no pressure to buy. Having bought from Van Monster in the past the lack of sales flannel really sets them apart from other dealers. Options,facts and process are presented over silly sales patter.

The vans on sale are the best vans winnowed from hire/leased Northgate stock , posses full histories,MOT's, and have been fixed up to a high standard ready for sale.The Warranty offered by Van Monster is better than most dealer warranties , and can be easily extended.

We purchased a car from Van Monster recently. A family friend came across a car advertised on Van Monster so my father and his friend went to have a look and decided to go ahead with the purchase. Honestly we received great service and the whole sale process was explained very thoroughly and efficiently. Lewis was very polite, fantastic and very patient as well as the car purchase was made after so many years and of course a lot of things change with procedure etc. We can’t thank him enough. Also we were told that even after the purchase (like few weeks/months down the line) if we have any issues or questions we can call Van Monster anytime which was was very nice to know.

I’ve been looking for my first van for years and a bit worried to commit. Lewis and Chris in Wakefield were great. They listened to what I wanted the van for and made sure it was the van for me. Even little details showed they were listening. Felt re-assured all the way. No pressure, just great customer service. I’ve been to a number of places and walked away as felt I was just a sale.
