Been dealing with Lewis Bingham from Wakefield branch for last couple of weeks to buy a new van after ours was written off. So friendly and helpful. He sorted a van out for my son earlier in the year. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really well looked after from start to finish, everything was explained thoroughly through the purchasing process, very professional.

The whole Van Monster buying experience is the best. From the start to finish Lewis handled it all perfectly, great communication throughout and a very lovely and honest guy. Also got a ridiculously good deal on the car I bought and it was in pristine condition so I couldn't be happier.i would definitely recommend Van monsters for cars and for vans and thanks again to Lewis in particular.

I was a little bit nervous buying without seeing the vehicle but Chris Evans guided me through the process and when the driver dropped it off I was delighted. Compared to a local dealer the price was excellent value.

From the first phonecall, Chris and Lewis were pleasant and well mannered. It was easy to schedule both a viewing and test drive (after showing my licence) of the car I was interested in. When it came to purchasing the vehicle, it was clearly explained beforehand what documents I would need to provide.

Chris was really helpful from start to finish, great communication and made replacing the fleet of vans feel really seemless.

Great experience with Van Monster - Chris was very communicative and responsive. Slight issues with the delivery but Chris made sure everything was sorted. The car’s just as advertised and is performing perfectly.

Do not buy from this con artist company. Sold my daughter a 13k shed of a van that’s been filled with putty. Parts missing. Supposed to have done checks which they can’t provide proof of.Appalling customer service, washed there hands. Please avoid at all costs. Been trying to get them to deal for months. They are now stranded 30 miles from home and it’s -4 disgusting.
