Didn't receive my vape with my FedEx package, just a bunch of random junk (e.g. sticker, silicone case, etc). The case was especially a slap in the face, since I don't even have a vape to put it on.... もっと見る

Been 3 days and my orders still processing if I get it soon I’ll chsnge this but not satisfied right now

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.

Upon looking into your order details it looks like the order was just placed on Saturday 3/16. The reason the product did not ship is because we are actually closed during the weekends.

However, as of this morning, the order has already been packaged and will be shipping out within the next few hours. Since it is shipping out from a warehouse close to where it is being delivered, it should arrive within the next 2-3 days.

I would recommend anyone to VaporNation. They are courteous, respectful, and they know what they are doing for customer service. The person I talked to was wonderful, kind to me, and knew his job. Thank you

Customer service

Your product is good but your service somewhat lacking. When I last tried to order screens they were out of stock. I was told that I would be notified when back in stock. That did not happen. I was given the option of ordering a new vaporizer at reduced cost because screens were out of stock. I though it was a come on. Just sayin’!

Very helpful interaction

Very helpful interaction. Friendly, curious and attentive. Took care of the problems I was having on sign-in and took care of my order. Also she discovered some earned credits and applied them to my purchase. If I were to visit again, it would be because of the service she gave me.

Paid extra money for rush processing…

Paid extra money for rush processing and over night shipping doubling the amount of my bill on the order I placed on Thursday here it is Monday late afternoon and it still hasn't been sent out I'm about to just cancel the order and go somewhere else

According to the order details, the order was placed on Friday which was 3/8, it was also done after our business hours of 9AM-5PM PST. Since we do not operate on weekends and the order was not placed within the time period to have it shipped on Friday, it will not be going out until today, Monday 3/11, with the delivery scheduled for tomorrow.

We do disclose all shipping details and hours of operation on our website, both in our shipping policy and during the checkout process.

NO RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS

Hours later info re: requests made via both your Twitter acct & your website NO REPLY! Response to customer queries must not be a customer care priority? You wont answer my questions you won’t get my business easy decision sorry but no reply by end of business Monday 3/11th the order i placed today will be my last hope i hear from you
