sold liquid made in 2020 for £2 off (£17.99 reduced from £19.99) - their mystery boxes with expired liquid is fresher. left prices unchanged after my complaint.

Placed my order 27 June, its now 7 July and not a word about my £40 order - emailed their customer service yesterday but not a thing back.
Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering

Made an on the 13th of April 4days had not delivered sent emails and messages on FB no response then finally got through on the phone to be told parcel still sat in warehouse due to not having one of my flavours and i wasn't notified then had to wait another 2days for my parcel where 2 liquids were missing absolute joke avoid this place at all cost

I am a new customer with them I ordered a mystery box 20 bottles for £10 only got 10 bottles won't be buying again from them unfortunately

Absolutely shocking, would not use again. The worst customer service.
I have ordered a few times and each time the order wasn’t fulfilled. Our last experience with this company was terrible. I called them as I wanted to confirm that items is in stock as we really needed it spoke to Louis and he said that it is in the stock and will be shipped out at the same day due to expensive shipping we added few more things which we didn’t really need. Order obviously wasn’t shipped out at the same day as he promised and they were blaming DPD. Order was shipped day after and the most shocking thing was when we opened the package what we received the items which we ordered was missing, we contacted them immediately and they promised me to call back in an hour with explanation and findings, but nothing happened no one called and when i call back later on nobody answered my phone call, now we have no stock, frustrated customer who was waiting for the specific items and have no money for the paid items. Absolutely robbing company.

Very rubbish website！

we have ordered several times and all the orders are still unfulfilled which are paid for in FULL, after speaking to them multiple times and them promising to fulfil the order that never happened and we have never received items we have paid for. they pretend to sort it out with you and then fob you off. if you would like to receive your vape items DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. we are a business and this has affected our sales/custom.

Very long delivery time. I've purchased product on 31 October and have been waiting over a week now.

Twice I've ordered now when items are showing as available to only get a text that are out of stock, Should probably update website and make it more clear.

Awful customer service, they just ignore you and think your going to go away, when they owe you money.

Vapes were not in date, and vapes missing.
When you speak to the sales team they just want to argue with you.

Not worth the stress or hassle

Vaporshopdorect is Bad for your business,Very bad communication… very long holding back the order,incomplete delivery and no serious follow up!

Awful customer service
Received 6 expired or short date vapes out of am order of 8 vapes
Customer service just ignore you or tell you to contact the vape manufacturer, which is pointless when there isn't an issue with the actual vapes, Just the supplier VapourShopDirect sending me expired vapes.

Placed an order on the 21/3/23 shipping kept saying ‘waiting to be received’ left a week and sent email x2 to no response. Rang on the 31/3/23 to be told parcel had been ‘lost’ and now some of my items were out of stock, asked they send any 10mg vapes, they agreed. No shipping sent over so rang again on the 3/4/23 no knowledge of my previous phone call. Now 15 days later, I finally get my order. I ordered 12x 10mg vapes, received 8x 10mg and 2x20mg. Absolutely shocking, would not use again.

Placed an order with of 4 Vimto and 5 Mr Blue Crystal pro bars, received the order the following day which was excellent service, opened the order to find they had sent me vimbull bars instead of Vimto emailed them straight away to let them know…. Nothing, emailed again the following day… nothing again customer service absolutely shocking!!!! Seriously think if your placing an order.

Ordered a pretty big order January 19, never heard anything about shipping.

Then i sent an email 4 days later with the question when they would ship my order, no answer.

Then again after 3 days i sent that same question again, again no answer to me.

l NO ANSWER AT ALL.

The worst customer service i had since ages for sure and i am not sure if i will get my order at all because they are not answering me.

Ordered Saturday morning and they said it was sent Monday morning. I called Wednesday as my tracking said delivery was 24 hour but had not updated in 2 days. They blamed Royal Mail like every bad company does and like they do to replies on here. I was told they would contact Royal Mail then call me back. I didn't get a call back so the next day I called again and this time the guy called back saying the found the postage label. If I didn't call them twice and send multiple emails (they didn't respond) my package would never have been sent out. I'll be lucky if it comes tomorrow. Fist and last time I order from them.

This is the second time I have ordered from here.A few disposals I had ordered where out of stock so I was sent different ones but I would rather have had a refund.Other than that I am happy with the service

Ordering on there website was easy, next day said it was dispatched, that was on 19th November and I still haven't received my items, I contacted them on the 1st December and was told Royal had lost my parcel and they would send another out. Haven't been told if it's been dispatched or any tracking numbers. I know Royal mail are on strike but this is taking too long.

Delivery was quick and easy using the website was very easy to use and helpful would recommend them

My order was never dispatched and all emails to customer service were ignored. Do not order from this shop.
