Vase arrived broken. Emailed support twice. No response.

My order arrived quickly but 2 vases were broken. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have still received no response.

The merchandise was well protected with your packing. The product is good quality.

The vase fits perfectly in an outdoor lamp to cover the bulb. Good quality and good price.

I ordered the trumpet vases I haven’t used them yet but the quality it on point!!! I order the same vases from another place and their vases are thin. Vase market have great glass products for the money only thing I dislike is the shipping is expensive But quality is intact!!! Can’t wait to use these!!!

The glass cloche arrived safely. However there were a couple very minor blemishes/surface scuffs in the glass and two very small air bubbles also within the glass. I wish that the glass had less ‘waves’ to it as it slightly distorted the item I intended to display under it. Must have to do with the manufacturing of such a large glass cloche (10” dia x 10” tall). Overall I am very pleased with cloche, the shipping and the customer service. I will order again when needed.

These vases were just what I was looking for. I'm using them for a river reed, bamboo, and pampas grass arrangement. I am extremely pleased. I will purchase from vase market again.

I was not happy the day of my event to open the box and find 3 of the 6 vases broken! They need to have better packaging so glass is not broken in transit!

You have alot of nerve asking me to review a product I still haven't receieved! I have made several attempts to email, chat and call and have had no response. I would like to cancel the order. I will call again today and if no one picks up the phone I am calling AMEX to reverse the payment and investigate your poor business practices. You gave a false shipping tracking # and FEDEX has no record of receiving the product from you to ship. Again, Please cancel order #100041641. The order was placed on 4/22/20.

I bought the bubble vases and I love them. They came before their delivery date and were well packaged. I most definitely will shop here again and I would recommend this company for great sturdy pieces that are sure to last.

Or I would call glass domed display for statuary. I look at them and I know my mom is smiling down on me. I've given her clowns the perfect showcase. The price was so low, I expected to have to send them back. Theres no way,these are.keepers. I started to buy from Amazon. I saved around $300.00. I'm not kidding. I will sing your praises for ever.They arrived so well packed my husband asked if I had packed them. They arrived perfect! Thankyou😚
