Worst customer service lying saying items were delivered, gave false tracking number, telling me to contact usps when contacted usps ever received items , telling me to make a claim with usps you can’t make a claim on something that wasn’t shipped order was over110.00 too much money too get screwed over

Worst customer service ever!! Do not buy from this company! They do not honor any standard business practices. I accidentally ordered the same items twice and reached out to them within 30 minutes of ordering to let them know. They refused to cancel the order. After I refused to accept the packages from the post office they still won’t give me my money back!!

The quality of these t-shirts is horrible. The artwork is a giant vinyl-looking solid square decal that feels like rubber. I ordered 7 shirts and two were the completely wrong size, one was made from a cheap stretchy spandex material. Their website describes an "easy 30-day return policy" but they do not honor it. I wrote to them with photos, receipt, descriptions on the same day I received the order and they offered a "compensation" of less than 50% of the purchase price and then they stopped responding. The US address they use is for an HEB Distribution Center in Houston Texas. Complete scam.

Zero stars is more accurate . The posters took over 2 months to ship. There was more paper than the poster. They weren’t the right size . The ink was purple instead of black and white . Very pixelated . Awful. Don’t waste ur money

I would give no star if I could. Be aware, best avoided. My poster was ordered at the end of November and arrived in February very badly damaged. The poster was only wrapped around a foam roller and put in a box, no poster holder. The company is based in China and they will not give me a refund unless I return it to China. The quality of the poster is also bad. You will not get any money back if you are not happy.

Where’s the 0 star option. I just recently joined the long list of un satisfied customer for this Chinese company. It took forever ship and arrive and then the poster I bought is all pixilated and there’s more paper than image. And to top it off it came severely bent. I emailed them pictures and their response was $5 credit on a $40 purchase. I would have appreciated a return but I would have to pay for shipping to China and it’s expensive. Totally not worth it. If you read this, save your money and time. Products are cheap AF......... should have done my due diligence but it’s a poster, you would figure how can they F that up?

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! The product I received looks nothing like what was on the website! Ordered three T-shirts for $70. Shirts took a month and a half from date ordered to arrive. The products that arrived were not T-Shirts, they were very tacky, thin, silky material that I would not be caught dead in! One shirt was received in the wrong size. One shirt had a tiny screen print of the image. Cannot express how poor the quality of the product is. It is completely unusable! I can't even turn the shirts into rags because the material is so bad! I have been emailing the company for 4 months now, telling them the issues, sending them pictures, asking for an address to send the shirts back to, and requesting a refund and all I was told was they would offer me 20 percent off my next order! AS IF! I will never order from this company again! I lost $70 and all that money can buy me now is this review hoping that no one else has to be subjected to such bad service and products. The website states that refunds are easy. That could not be further from the truth. Refunds are not possible!!! Don't be fooled into a false sense of security that if you don't like the shirts you can receive a refund! You can't!!! I am also very disappointed that I can not review the products on the website so no one else has to go through this! Hope you got to read this before you went shopping at WallArtShop!

Another person scammed by this Chinese company. Paypal supports this company and will not file a claim to receive money back. They should be taken off the web, where is our consumer protection agency??????

Terrible. Ordered a shirt for Christmas. It came a month late. There’s virtually no way to return it - unless I wanted to pay for shipping back to China. It’s s total racket.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I spend almost 80 dollars on two sweatshirts, they are TERRIBLE quality, not like the picture, the customer service is bad and not responsive. I can almost guarantee it will be a waste of money, just don't shop here.

I wish I had found this site before I purchased some T-shirts from this company, I like many others ordered 3XL and got three what looks like junior miss shirts with a XXXL label. Crappy cheap material, and ironed on stickers. Horrible Horrible. There service department offered 15USD back.

Ordered a T-shirt for my husband 3XL.
Arrived and it fit me...female size M.
They refused to do anything but give me 20% off my next order.

DO NOT order from this crap/ cheap website!!! Ordered 2 Metallica t shirts and looked nothing like what I ordered when arrived not to mention the 2XL could fit my 12 yr old son. T shirts were a gift and going straight into garbage!!! Took over a month to get and shipping info was worthless as unable to track. Nothing but a scam! Dont waste your time or money!! They deserve ZERO stars!!

Crap the screen printing sucks the xxl wouldn't fit my 5 year old its from China to fit little people i waited weeks only to be completely let down now I gotta pay shipping for them to fix their mess up

Waited a month. Received wrong color shirt (ordered 2 blue medium Van Halen shirts) received black medium Van Halen and 3XL Motley Crue. Obviously black t-shirts with someone ironing on poor likeness of picture at home. Unprofessional cheap crap. Medium might fit an Xsmall individual.

If you somehow stumble upon this company's website, STOP and back out ASAP. This is the biggest piece of crap company online. I ordered 4 XXXL Tee shirts priced at $22.00 a piece. I'm 6'3, 240 lbs and like big tee shirts. After a month of waiting my package finally arrived. When I opened it I found 4 shirts that were probably the size for a youth large. Also, the shirts themselves were made from the worst & cheapest material ever. The logo's or designs on the shirts were pretty much the same as a bumper sticker that you'd put on your car. These clowns just slapped a sticker on a piece of crap T shirt and charged $22. Cheap ass crap from China. False advertising. Don't even think of buying anything from these people! Criminals and I hope they rot in hell.

Terrible company. Do not order from them. I ordered a large number of posters. The order was shipped incomplete, missing one poster. They are seriously arguing with me about it, telling me they shipped everything. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. They are not refunding my money or shipping me the missing poster. Unbelievable.

Horrible quality shirts not as advrtised. Shirts are worth 3 dollars at a gas station
