They are scaming people. First, you pay 50 cents for manual and after few days charge you 29.90 euros and don't want to give you money back

Betrug! Besser als der Enkeltrick

Ich habe für die Auswertung eines Persönlichkeitstests, spielerisch, meine Kontodaten angegeben. Damit habe ich die Zustimmung gegeben, 0,50 € abzubuchen. Diese Angaben wurden benutzt, um von meinem Konto erstmal 29,90 € abzuziehen. Daraufhin habe ich Kontakt zu dieser Firma aufgenommen und ein angebliches Abonnement vorsorglich schriftlich gekündigt. 14 Tage später wurde mir wieder 29, 90€ abgebucht. Wenn ich nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen mein gesamtes Geld zurück bekomme werde ich diese betrügerische Firma anzeigen

Poor website and delivery

COMPLETE SCAM
I searched for an old manual - Vaultmanual said they had it and for €0.5 I could download it.
I did and the company that I was searching for wasn’t even on their list of companies covered.

Addendum 1 day later:
In fact, the manual that I had requested did arrive, but by email and not from a website download as indicated on the website.
In the end, I received what I had paid for but was not informed how or when it would arrive. In the interval, I binned the piece of electronics as I needed the manual and believed that it was not forthcoming.
Website needs a re-write to be useful and not attract highly negative reviews such as mine.

Pishing

Ich habe für 0,5 € sn einem fragespiel teilgenommen.So sind sie an meine kontodaten gekommen und dann haben sie zusätzlich noch 29,90 € abgebucht. Das ist meiner Meinung nach Betrug.
Nachtrag:
Vaultma ual hat zwar geantwortet und rät, das " Abo" zu kündigen. Ich habe ni çhts bestellt bestellt und um welches Handbuch soll es sich handeln?

They use direct debit from the card, and it is impossible to refuse or it was blocked, because this cholera is not in Google Wallet. The police, in response to the official statement, "freezes", says that he is guilty, there is no crime.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They say they have your manual and it is €0.50. You pay and then go to the download page and it is not listed. You then send them an email of complaint and they reply with your manual as an attachment. This technique cleverly avoids your downloading the manual yourself and seeing that there is a monthly fee of €29.90 which they immediately take from your bank. This surely is criminal. How does their hosting site not shut them down?

This is a scam

This is a scam. I paid 50p for a manual which I did not get. I e-mailed them on 4 November 2025 cancelling the order and they replied saying my "subscription" was cancelled and "no further charges would be made". On 6 November I was charged 29.90 which from other reviews looks like they will charge monthly in future. All vaultmanual have to do is cancel my "subscription" and refund my money.

This company tempts you in by saying you can have a manual for €0.49. It then bills you for €29.90 without any prior notice. When contacted about not suscribing and wanting a refund they totally refused and said it was my fault. When i contacted them about a refund, the payment was still pending. It had not even gone through but they still said a refund was impossible. Also on their website it shows a uk contact number (+44) but on their email it is (+335). Total scam company and not to be trusted. Keep well away

Son unos ladrones

Me ha pasado y sigo reclamando desde el día 28 de julio cuando vi en mi VISA el cargo de 29,9 € , después de bajarme un manual por 0,5€ que sirve de cebo para cargarte los 29,9 y lo que venga.
Don unos LADRONES y ahora dicen wue mi desistimiento en agosto no vale, cuando llevo 8 correos desde el día que vi el cargo en VISA .
Son unos ladrones. Y opino como lo último que he leído Alejandro y el.anterior, perdón por no recordar los nombres.

Got the manual I wanted

I must admit ityped in the manual I wanted... paid the small fee but was disappointed to then open up the manual categories to see the manual would never be found in the options offered. But it was delivered in pdf format to my mail address.... Though I have to say it is a bit pricey.
So to be fair to them they delivered...

Beware of this company

I’ve come to the conclusion after reading the reviews, admittedly should have done before using their website, that the company cannot or will not improve possibly as making too much money scamming people as is…..
Received an email just before the 72 hours were up and unless you’re doing nothing except waiting for and reading your emails as you receive them during the day, apparently when I replied to unsubscribe the charge had already been taken out of my account.
“Reach out” etc as in the company’s reply to reviews -a load of bullshit! They’re running a very lucrative business and don’t refund no matter how many times you contact them. My advice is BEWARE!

Aug 20th.
I’ve read their reply and it appears they have a few ‘standard’ reply options at the ready….
I did ‘reach’ out but to no avail and my review was written after contacting VaultManage, firstly on the ‘contact’ form, next by phone and then three regular emails. A big waste of my time

August 24th.
VaultManual requested I contact them again and they would review my case.
I’ve just received an email from them to state they have refunded the charge of €29.90 which should be back in my bank account in a few days.
I have replied to their email but it’s a shame that as a company, customers have to resort to writing a bad review in order to get a refund. They need to review their methods of doing business…
I have changed my review to 4 Stars only because I got a satisfactory conclusion to my complaint

El día 8 de Agosto 2025

El día 8 de Agosto 2025, buscando en la web, un manual de usuario en español me encontré esta web, que tenia dicho manual por la cantidad de 0,50 céntimos lo cual lo compre pagando con una tarjeta, resulta que el dia 13 de Agosto me hicieron otro cargo en esta ocacion por la cantidad de 29,90 de una supuesta suscripcion, no se de que, ya que lo que habia comprado que era un manual de usuario, no me lo puede descargar pero aun asi , me cobraron al momento 0,50 céntimos que supuestamente ese era el valor del manual , pero no vastando con haberme cobrado 0,50 por un manual que ni siquiera me pude descargar, días después me hacen el cargo (cobro de 29,90 euros, por una suscripción. Ya esta en tramite la reclamación, Atención: con esta "empresa" tenga mucho cuidado.

Says that they have the manual I need but have to pay 0.50€. After paying the is no such manual. Beyound that if you are not carefull they wil bill you 29.90€ after 72H.

Total scammers! Never subscribed to anything they offer one manual for €0,50 then bill me €29.00!!! Completely dishonest company. STAY AWAY!

A scam

A scam.

No manual for the product I wanted a manual for yet I see I have been charged two month's worth of 'membership'.

This sort of business relied on duplicity, sleight of hand and deviousness - a score o minus ten would be appropriate.

No doubt I will get the standard reposes....
