Hold fingrene væk fra dette firma, det er et stort svindelnr. de laver, nærmere sagt tyveri, det er ok man betaler dur 0,50 for en manual men den manual man skal bruge findes desværre ikke hos dem, og så efter 3-4 dage er der pludseligt trukket en månedlig abonnement på eur 30,00, det er rent tyveri, hvad kan man gøre intet, og de sidder og griner i skæget, nu er der igen en idiot der gik i fælden, i må have spist noget der ikke er godt for jeres mave, SKAM JER. God forretning jeg tror ikke der findes en eneste manual i deres system, det er kun baseret på rent svindel.

ES UNA ESTAFA. Solicito una descarga de un manual por 0.50 euros y me cargan en mi cuenta unos dias después 29.90 sin autorización por mi parte. Les escribo solicitando el reembolso y ni contestan. Ahora me toca poner una denuncia en la policía para poder reclamar la devolución en mi banco y denunciar ante la oficina del consumidor para intentar que no le pase a nadie más. Que vergüenza.

Solicito descarga de manual de impresora HP, pago 0,50€ y dos días después se me intenta hacer un cargo en mi tarjeta de 29,90€ afortunadamente rechazado por mj banco al carecer de verificación. Tratas de hacer una operación de descarga por 0,50 y de manera subrecticia te hacen una membresía o suscripción mensual. Las autoridades deberían tomar medidas contra esta práctica fraudulenta por parte de estas empresas.

This company tricks you into believing you are downloading a user manual for 0.5 euros. The website all looks very reassuring and straight forward but you have to tick a box to agree to terms and conditions before you can download, What you cannot see is that you are agreeing to a monthly subscrition of 29.90 euros and 2 days later they take the first month subscription. You cannot get a refund. This is a lesson in never ticking boxes without being able to see the details you are agreeing to. What they are doing might be termed as "legal" but it is certainly unethical. AVOID AT ALL COST

They tease you with saying they have your manual and only charge you .50. You then find out they do not have your manual! Then a few days later they make a fraudulent charge on you bank card for 29.90! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Misleading company.
If I could give minus stars I would.
This company gives you the opportunity to search the manual you are looking for. It then shows you that it hss it, but you must subscribe to get it. When I subscribed, I discovered the manual did not exist.
Further to this, the .50c subscription charge is a lie. They charge you £29.99
AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE MISLEADING AND SCAMMING PEOPLE.

This feels like a scam targeting users who desperately look for manuals (usually old people / less technical). They ask for 0.50€, and once paid the manual is not available. Therefore, a few hours later, they charge 30€. There was no clear explanation of the charges or the service provided, and absolutely no value in return.
I’ve already requested a full cancellation and refund, and I sincerely hope I won’t have to escalate this legally. This kind of practice is unacceptable. Be very cautious if you're considering using this site.

I wholeheartedly agree with all the other clients of this crowd of scammers. Thought it was good value for 50 cent until I saw my revolut statement ! €29.50 gone out of it ! I blocked any more deductions from my account. I don't remember seeing anything about paying a monthly fee after that. Once bitten...

Resulta que has aceptado una MEMBRESÍA mensual por 29,90 € al mes. ¿Quien pagaría esto por una búsqueda ocasional?

30/04/2025 Actualización de mi opinión.
Sorprende la desfachatez con que responden a mi primera opinión sobre el servicio de su plataforma.
Efectivamente veo un esquemático y pago 0.5 € por su envío, pero insisto NO ME FACILITAN EL ESQUEMATICO. A esto le llamo yo PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. Es la misma experiencia de muchos usuarios que han tenido la misma nefasta experiencia.A pesar de todo ellos siguen justificándoselas.
La definición de vuestra plataforma la definiría yo como un CHIRINGUITO FRAUDULENTO . Si les queda un mínimo de honestidad y supuesta profesionalidad dejarían claramente antes de pagar por sus "servicios" que habrá una suscripción por 29.90 € , sin necesidad de leer y aceptar el contrato.
Les queda aun la posibilidad de cancelar mi suscripción por 29,90 € . De ser así les otorgaría 2 estrellas por un mínimo de ética, honestidad y profesionalidad. Estoy a la espera de una respuesta satisfactoria.

(1) The system gives green ticks when I input brand and model, suggesting the applicable manual is available. Then, after paying the half euro, I find it is not. There is no reason the system could not be coded to tell me in advance. Who would pay even this small a fee thinking the item they seek only 'might' be there, at best? I consider this a cynical money-grab, bordering on fraudulent.
(2) Like many posting here, I did not notice the words "direct debit of €29.90 will be taken after 72 hours". I admit my lack of due diligence in looking for 'small print' trouble, and luckily I realised, on looking for comments about Valutmanual, before the time limit, and cancelled. But this setup is clearly designed to lure people into inadvertently having at least one month's fee taken inadvertently. Who would happily sign up to pay nearly 30 euro per month for continuing access in case they had cause to look for further manuals going forward, on the off chance they MIGHT be present in the database? Again, an opportunistic ploy to extract further money from anyone assuming (wrongly) that this company is acting in good faith.
Added in response to Vaultmanual's reply: Re "... it may not always be clear when certain manuals might not be available after payment" - is it EVER clear? I see no indication of that. You have been fielding these comments for at least 3 months. If the company has been unable to implement a fix on manual availability visiblity, it should discontinue operations until it succeeds. However I suspect it is happy with the lucrative status quo...

Total SCAM. Told me that they had the manual that I needed. I paid the 50c for the trial & when I logged in, the manual they said they had was nowhere to be found. A couple of days later & they're trying to take €29.99 out of my account. Apparently from reading all their excuses here, it's for a "subscription" that they've hidden away when you're giving them your CC details

Website indicates they hold a copy of the manual then when you have paid, no success in finding the manual. Wrote to complain but no reply. Worried that they now hold some banking details.

I was charged 0.50cents for looking for a manual that did not exist! For Gods sake read the fee carefully..the 50 cent is for a trail period. If you don't cancel they will help themselves to your account every month!

Lure you in with E 0,50 for a copy of a user manual. After paying with debitcard they withhold E 29,90 5 months later without any explanation! I tried to call customer service at the number provided. Either eternal busy tone, or 'invalid number message'! SCAM SCAM !!!! I blocked my debit card and had to order a new one.

With their answer they confirm that they are dangerous scammers! I am trying several weeks now to get a refund. They are just trying to avoid it!
