We were originally using Vistaprint for all our business cards and stickers until we were recommended by a friend to use Ves at VC.

His prices were very good, there was a personal level of customer service, so naturally we thought there must be a catch. Maybe the quality wouldn’t be as good?

We were wrong! When the cards and stickers arrived not only was the delivery faster than we expected but the quality was incredible, way better than Vistaprints.

Very helpful in terms of asking and helping the client to fulfil exactly what the client requires and wants. Always had the time to reply and explain fully the simplest questions for those that don’t have much knowledge in this area.

I’m a first time buyer who ordered my business cards and amongst the pandemic, they were still perfect and exactly what I visioned. Understandably, due to current situations the timescale was thrown off, however if these were ordered on a normal day to day basis before Covid19, I could guarantee they would be ready in the time frame originally given. Furthermore, delivery is absolutely accurate and no damage to the parcel which was excellent.

The quality and clarity of my business cards are amazing looking sleek, clean and professional! I would highly recommend VCGraphics and would definitely order from them again.

Amazing experience Would Highly Recommend!

A little bit about my experience
I have used other companies for various digital printing needs and was recommended by a friend to use VCGraphics. I thought why not as at the time i needed business cards created.

The service i received was like no other! Truly amazing customer service it was a real one on one experience which i feel is missing from many other big companies.
I was in touch with Ves from the company, collaborating on making my business card. One of the things I really liked was that after every idea i pitched, I would get a design back with recommendations on improvements and i would get back a few variations of the design i pitched. I had endless revisions (something the company offers) until i got my perfect business card.

i have been to many companies in the past and i feel this one on one collaboration is missing. It is literally you go on their website, upload a design or choose from basic templates and wait for a delivery.
Now i am no Photoshop guru or design master so having someone making a personalised 1 of 1 design for me is what I've been looking for.

Delivery took a week which i find amazing. From an idea to a design sketched up to actually holding the business card in my hand in about week. I can't complain.

I would highly recommend VCGraphics for anyone who would like a digital design or any kind of printing done. I will definitely be using VCGraphics again.
