The product is sustainable and I’ve been using it for a year or two. The postage is really rapid to Australia and the price is very competitive.

I absolutely 💯 love the vegan amino acids blend. Being Vegan for 25+years it definitely has its challenges finding vitamins and herbs in vegan capsule form. Which is beyond ridiculous. However, I joined thinking this was deal for a subscription. No where did it mention $50 custom fee. I will further research a Canadian company that sells a similar product.

I’ve been using these wonderful products for almost 2 years. I’ve followed a vegan diet since I was 11, I’m 48 now and in excellent health, but it’s hasn’t always been easy to find quality (and affordable) supplements that work. These do. I noticed a significant change to my skin, mood and energy levels within the first few months.

In know this probably is ooit of the hands of vegetology, but it's been quite the whole and I've not received anything. The track and trace shows it's at customs, but I cannot get any information on what where or how.
The shopping info said all customs were already taken care of, so I assumed it would maybe take a couple days longer than usual shipping. Instead it's been over two weeks since I ordered and not had word it's cleared yet.

After moving, i made the stupidest mistake with the postcode whilst ordering my products 🤦🏻♀️🤮.
I got ssoo stressed and hassled the poor customer service team. They were so reassuring and kind and got to the bottom of my dilemma super sharp. Rosie in particular, was an absolute ⭐️💚 and looked after me just like my Mam used to 😍.
The bestest customer service team i’ve ever worked with and can guarantee you’ll be in ggooood hands. ….thank you ssoo much Rosie and Michelle.
Another recommendation is Vegetologys BONE CARE 🌈. It gives me the pain free flexibility that i need for a good quality of life. My stiff and sore joints would slow me down and challenge my daily aspects of living happily.
Its been completely different since i’ve been taking these and i have so for the last few years.
If you can relate to how i used to feel, please honour yourself these supplements because they’re magic and i honestly recommend them.

Har aldrig haft problem förut med Vegetolgy, men nu är det en månad sedan jag gjorde min beställning (på 90 Euro), har ännu inte fått mitt paket. Jag betalade tullavgift för 10 dagar sedan. Mailadressen de angivit fungerar ej, så får ej i kontakt med dem. Frustrerad, minst sagt. Visste heller inget om tullavgiften. Hoppas på återkoppling snarast.

El servicio post venta brutal, siempre están para cualquier cosa y contestan bien y rápido, las aduanas de mi país són las que me hacen usar el post, compañía con buen servicio de atención.

This brand was recommended to me by my nutritionist, about five years ago and I've been using them since.
Never again have I experienced deficiencies (had problems in the past with vitamin D, using different brands) and there has never been any side effects. I totally love these products (B12, Omega 3 and Vitamin D).
This time I also bought the Menopause supplement and I'll report how it goes.
The website works great on either my phone or computer, never had a problem with it.
And the most important, the costumer service is amazing, fast, empathetic, thoughtful.
For me the only downside comes from being in Spain, with all the mess that involves to buy from UK now. I'm so sorry about it.
Hopefully, they will have a European based dispatch centre soon, so no more dealing with customs.

My experience: if something goes wrong with your delivery, you will get ZERO SUPPORT from Vegetology and you WON’T GET A FULL REFUND.
Consider spending your money on a brand that deserves it. Vegetology showed me that they are NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY, they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY and they are NOT GOOD PEOPLE. Please be careful, at least don’t pay them with your credit card, use Paypal for extra protection in case something goes wrong, I really wish I did! and if they ask you to pay import taxes and fees in any delivery to a country in Europe, guaranteeing you that you will get your money back, DON’T DO IT! DON’T TRUST them! you will never get that money back. BE VERY CAREFUL.
My nightmare with Vegetology:
I ordered supplements to be shipped to Sweden and like all deliveries to EU, it already includes all import taxes and fees so I wouldn’t be supposed to pay anything extra, so when the Swedish Customs contacted me to pay import taxes and fees I contacted Vegetology and this is a copy paste of their reply:
"Hi Marisa,
I am so sorry that you are experiencing these difficulties, I understand that it is frustrating but sometimes it happens when customs put the products down as medication when they are not.
We advise that you pay these fees in order to receive your products however, please rest assured that once you have paid the custom fees, simply let us know and we will refund you the total amount.
I hope this helps,

So I trusted them and paid the import taxes and fees as they asked me.
After this, my package ended up getting “lost”, 2 months after they still don’t know the whereabouts of my package and when it was time for me to get a refund, Vegetology only refunded me the initial amount I paid for my order, never the 35 Euros they asked me to pay to the Swedish Customs. This is a copy paste of their reply:
"Hi Marisa,
Thank you for your email.
I apologise for the confusion. Unfortunately we are only able to refund the total cost of the purchase and not the customs fees which is why you have been refunded this amount.
All the best"
Conclusion: They are absolute LIARS and you CAN’T TRUST them!
When a package gets “lost” it’s the responsibility of the delivery company and Vegetology will be compensated for their lost and in case they end up finding it, they will send it back to them.
What I know is that I did nothing wrong, besides trusting Vegetology.
I ordered their products, I paid the import fees because they reassured me that I was going to get that money back, and after my package got lost, that is something completely outside of my control and responsibility, I ended up not getting a full refund. I lost 35 Euros for trusting Vegetology. When my package got lost and I was calling the delivery company and trying to understand what was wrong, I got zero support from Vegetology, they not even replied to my email asking for help. I just went through so much stress and hassle and ended up loosing money.
I just would like to WARN YOU that if something like this happens to you, this is what you are going to get from Vegetology. I trusted them and I wish I didn’t. BE CAREFUL.
Buyer beware, there is duty you have to pay upon receiving your order, a heads up which is curiously missing anywhere on Vegetology’s website. Even when you research reviews, like any good consumer, you read reviews like this “Unfortunately the customs office here ignored the sticker on the box stating that duty was paid and my package got held up. The Vegetology team resolved the issue with customs and my vitamins were delivered to my home” that give you the impression duties are paid upfront when you make your online purchase. This is however not correct. Also, you receive a very cordial auto-email when you email this company a question. But when the ‘human’ email follows it’s snarky. Just another reminder to shop locally. Shopping online is always a gamble. I won’t make the mistake again of ordering something from Vegetology.
