Great quality products and customer service!
Great quality products and great customer service! I ran into some customs problem with my package, having to pay additional fees despite orders being taxes and duties pre-paid. Customer service was very quick to respond and reimburse the fee I had to pay for customs to release my package.

I mistakenly wrote wrong address
I mistakenly wrote the address incorrectly, so the package was returned to the sender. However, when I contacted the Vegetology team, they were very kind and sent me the package again at no additional cost to the correct address. I am very grateful for this! The unpleasant situation was resolved quickly, easily, and pleasantly. I sincerely thank you again and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused.

Excellent product
Excellent product, very happy with purchasing from the UK to Australia, was quicker than I thought. Vitamin D is so easy to use and hardly any taste. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

Something on the website wasn't clear
Something on the website wasn't clear. I had to go back and forth, remove the quantity then order another quantity. Something wasn't clear about the bundle. Aside from that, love the product and the speedy delivery.
