VRG didn't give me a rental car until after I insisted to them by phone every day. In the end, they gave me a car, but I couldn't go to work for a week. They gave me a very low price for my damaged car, which I accepted because they promised me that they would give me some extra money, but that didn't happen even to this day. I believe that the 5-star reviews are given by friends and acquaintances of the employees. Avoid this lying company

Professional Delivery of Replacement Vehicle. Following a no-fault accident VRG arranged a same quality replacement vehicle whilst repairs are carried out on the damaged vehicle. The driver, Ali contacted me at every stage of the process. He arrived on time having driven from Birmingham to South London, was courteous and efficient in completing the paperwork and handover. A very professional experience.

I've had non fault accident, and VRG delivered courtesy vehicle. Everything was going nicely until the moment of returning vehicle. I received a text message at 4:00 that my insurance is valid only till 4:05, but the vehicle need to be refuled. How to get to the petrol station and back in only 5 minutes whilst I'm still at work?! Next day they couldn't collect the vehicle regardless the fact I agree to handle the key late in the afternoon ( they prefer me to take time off work- ridiculous). They collected vehicle next day and charged me £224. How come? Non fault accident? Third party should be charged. Disgusting. Shame yourself

Ali delivered my replacement car … his communication was excellent, calling the day before with an arrival time. He was punctual and even messaged to say he was outside. Great service from Ali and VRG.

inconsiderate ..unprofessional.. company that treats its customers like muck .they just don't care about your situation and the stress there causing ..50% of there customers have had the same treatment as me... disgusting unprofessional treatment ...

The VRG representative Ali called me a day earlier to give me a rough estimate of delivery, he then kept me informed on the day when he got late due to a flat tyre, when he arrived he appologised for the delay. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. Definately an asset to his company.

A little slow but a smooth process overall. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, especially Saima who went above and beyond to secure me a vehicle on the day I needed it.

Had a accident a little while back my hire car came from VRG the first car they sent me out wasn't too practical for me as It was a 3 door and I needed a 5 door for my little one. Made a call to VRG and they sorted it there and then another car came the next day around 12 which was perfect.
Got my car back today and VRG called me but I had missed the call due to work related issues, gave VRG a call and a lovely well mannered woman Kerry answered so I explained to her my issue and the insurance was extended there and then no hassle at all. Great company with well mannered staff and excellent customer service

VRG were instructed to provide me with a hire car following an RTC. They arranged for literally a death trap to be delivered to me with damaged, lethal tyres, electrical items dangling down on their cables under the vehicle amongst other issues.

I reported this immediately but I am now just being ignored by them, I’m into my 9th day without a vehicle and nobody at VRG is interested or willing to rectify the issues

The whole experience of going through VRG in dealing with my damaged car was 1st class. My insurance company were insisting I used their recommended garage for the repairs etc. VRG were more customer focused and listened to what my request. Nothing was too much, I would used VRG again with no reservations.

I tried to call regarding cancelling a hire vehicle. I was told to expect a call back within half an hour 2 hours later nothing so phoned again and was told I needed to speak to the off hire department so put on hold for 20 minutes then gave up phoned and and finally got through to kerry thank god for kerry everything sorted in 5 mins. Thank you kerry
