Please read other reviews sold is a reconditioned turbo that was noisy from the first time it was fitted supposed to be 2 years warranty they will try and blame anything but the turbo they sold, we have had new engine, injectors, oil pump, chain,egr cooler and completely overhauled and serviced with receipts for the truck before fitting the turbo , they use any excuse to not warranty the part, will be going through ombudsman. Just read other review this same problem with their turbos is repeated over and over,

Hello to everyone who wants to buy from this company, think very carefully before buying because the seller does not honor the warranty terms. If you try to assert your rights by contacting him, he simply blocks you on eBay. You can't even demand a return of your item, you lose money for a service that was performed poorly, and like me, he didn't send back the turbo after rejecting the warranty.

Extremely terrible company! I paid my mechanic to install a turbo received by them only to find out it was leaking oil from a pinched internal seal from their refurbishment, I then had it removed and sent back with the agreement they would pay the invoice if the report came back leaving them liable, it took them over 4 months to “review the report of the turbo” Once they had sent me another turbo (proving they were liable) and reviewed the old one nearly 4 months later they messaged to say they have closed the case due to a faulty thread on the return oil pipe connection, so I had to pay the invoice myself. So in the end I had 2 turbo instalment invoices and a long time without a vehicle! Waste of time!

poor quality Polish refurbed turbos with Polish standard customer service to match.
supplied turbo was as useful as a clay teapot. Actuator fell apart before even fitting, blamed a bad actuator when told 3 actuators tested... then supplied replacement with the wrong oil feed pipe. 4 months later whilst waiting for a gesture of goodwill and some compo for 3 labour charges - and has an attitude from the sewers of Poland...

Don't buy anything from this seller. If you have any problem with your parts, they don't care, ignore all the calls about your problem, only one answer "I'll check and wait for my call". I've been waiting for about a month and still no news on the progress of my return.
