AWFUL COMPANY and no accountability
AWFUL COMPANY and no accountability. My parcel was left in my porch without my permission, I have proof of delivery, and Vela still refused to refund or replace it. Instead, they kept offering me a 20% discount code, which felt dismissive and insulting.
I explained that I am pregnant, struggling mentally, and under severe stress, and none of that seemed to matter. There was no empathy, no proper support, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue fairly.
I have been a loyal customer and placed many orders before, which makes this even more disappointing. When something finally went wrong, the company showed exactly how little they value returning customers, especially that Iâm black. CEO of Vela was exposed for being racist and she had to apologise, I donât get why because the company still is racist.
This experience has been upsetting, stressful and completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering again. I have proof of myself being admitted to hospital over this and I have proof of everything theyâve said and how dismissive theyâve been. I have proof OF EVERYTHING. I am requesting a refund and if u donât get it god knows what Iâll do
