Horrible, they just cancel your server and give you 5 days to migrate 2TB of websites.

It caused me a lot of damage and I lost several clients because of Velia.net

We are using around 30 DEDICATED SERVERS of velia.net and we are really happy with the performance, price and support provided by them. If you are looking for DEDICATED SERVERS at lower cost then i would recommend you to go for VELIA.NET first.

HAving a dedicated servr for the 3rd month now, I can say VElia.net is a good service overall: good client support and good server resources for the money.

Quiero destacar el servicio post venta y el soporte inmediato del equipo técnico.
Contratamos un servidor con ciertas características de potencia, espacio de almacenamiento y ubiicación con poca latencia, no todo fue color de rosas ya que tuvimos inconvenientes con el equipamiento y comunicaciones, pero hay que destacar el apoyo, total disposición y voluntad del equipo técnico para resolver cualquier problema que se presente, incluso el constante apoyo del equipo de ventas buscando opciones favorables para el cliente sin priorizar su propia conveniencia.
Llevó un recorrido de casi un mes la resolución de los problemas presentados, pero se logró y ahora todo funciona MUY bien.
Seguiremos trabajando con velina.net y lo recomendamos a socios y amigos, de hecho ya hay colegas que lo están probando.

Amazing Customerservice, they are providing excellent hardware. A lot of those given reviews are based on unskilled people which do not know how to manage a server. This company is helping you out when ever needed. Their support is quick.

Worst service provider with absolutely pathetic staff. We've been paying them for years with no problems and now all of a sudden they are shutting down the entire location and wants us to move to a new facility and pay again for the software we already have in the present location. The worst part is, new location/CPU doesn't even support the software's version.

I've a satisfactory experience with velia. Since we're using velia for more than a year their overall service I personally found is good. If you are thinking velia for unmanaged solution for your business. You can go for it. The only problem is everything done here is manual. Support experience was good enough. I can say I found one reliable providers after 3 years of searching and happy to work with velia.

This is probably the worst company we ever worked for.
1. First month, the entire data center went down because of a fault in the cooling system. When the server came back , they could not boot the firewall and noone was taking responsibility to go and check what the problem was. Our servers were down for 4 hours!
2. Both Windows Servers had (for some weird reason) two OS systems installed and whenever the server was auto restarting because of some updates would not boot. The company was not taking the responsibility to fix this and they responded that if they tried to fix it there was a chance to lose all data! Therefore, every time there was a Windows Update, the servers were down and wouldn't come back unless we manually selected an OS from their IPMI.
3. They have a phone number on their site for support. We called in one of those numbers, a person from a call center in the US (They answered as GoDaddy support) responded and they had no idea about Velia. They said; Sir, GoDaddy owns a lot of companies. We dont know alll of them!

We are using Velia.net service in WIUT. Server uptime is high. We are fully satisfied with the quality of the service.
