Great company! Fast support, dedicated account manager. Reliable infrastructure.

I can not do anything on server and it auto charger 2 month

when I asked to cancel my account and refund me no one reply me.

They auto charge, auto get your money and not refun. Don't use service from this company.

I'm there customer since last 1 year & I'm 100% satisfied with their services. They are providing best high-end servers in low cost. Nobody can beat them in prices & services. Strongly recommended to everyone.

Been using them for many years. Pure bare bone sturdy machines and great service keeps us with Velia.

All I have is good words to say about Velia - I came across this server host via google.
I joined customer chat where I met Dmitrii. Dmitrii sat with me for approx an hour answering many questions - he is very friendly, patient and even has a sense of humour!
I can honestly say I have never received this type of communication before from other suppliers, it was really surprising.
I ordered my server and it was ready within 24 hours - support tickets are answered within 10-15 minutes, everyone seems very friendly and professional.

Everything is running great for us, I host a non-profit project for over 1000 players and everyone is very happy. Dmitrii even took the time to send me a message asking how everything was going!

Great servers, fantastic prices!

I have been working with Velia for 2 years. The support team always responses to your ticket very quickly even if it is hardware failures. Networks issues arise very rarely that makes them very valuable for me as sysadmin. You can be sure that all your requests will be made as best as possible.

We have been working together for 3+ years. Our servers are located in 3 data centers (about 100 units). I can note an excellent support and quick provision of servers. We are generally satisfied with the cooperation and highly recommend.

It has been like three years I moved from 2 other service providers. They have been very good, we have 2 servers with them and they have a very good up time of 99.9% until now. I would highly recommend.

What can I say?
I have used velia.net for 2+ years with 4 servers holding heavy and mission critical services. I have never faced any issue with uptime 99.99 and especially i am happy with my manager Benjamin, who put all efforts to deliver great service for us. Highly recommend!!!
