Después de ser cliente habitual durante varios años y con un trato por parte de Aleix exquisito,ayer me llevé la desilusión más grande cuando encargó un maillot hace 1 mes y no me dan respuesta hasta ayer que se acordaron que ya no lo fabrican y por colmo el jueves encargó un casco confirmando que el viernes me desplazo para recoger, la sorpresa es que cuando llegó a tienda me dicen que ya está vendido online y que no me lo pueden entregar.Como cliente creo que lo normal hubiera sido que se llamase para avisar las incidencias del maillot y el casco pero lo más jodido es que no me ofrecen solucion insitu y decepción por la persona encargada que pensaba que era más profesional, les deseo lo mejor y que la vida al final te da lo que deseas, gracias por perder un cliente tanto físico como mi feedback será negativo

Sold me 2 continental tyres on 3 or 4 day service (bad enough) then failed to deliver it as didn’t have stock
And didn’t tell me until I chased.

In a world where next day is the norm this is rubbish and they haven’t even attempted to expedite.

I ordered a pair of Torch S-works cycling shoes worth of €300 more than a month ago, and I am still waiting for delivery. After initially receiving some replies, the company has now completely stopped responding to my emails for the past four weeks.

Not only have I not received the product I paid for, but the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a store selling premium products.

Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and reliable service — especially when it concerns high-value purchases.

Thank you for your sudden quick reply and for sharing the UPS tracking details. However, as I said I can confirm that I have not received the package, nor have I signed for it. If UPS marks the parcel as delivered, then something has clearly gone wrong in the delivery process.

As the seller, the responsibility for ensuring that the order reaches me lies with you. This is not a dispute between myself and UPS; it is between your store and UPS as your chosen shipping partner. I kindly ask that you take this matter up with UPS directly to investigate the delivery failure.

I have paid €300 for these shoes, and I should not be left without either the product or a refund. Please confirm how you will resolve this — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund while you handle the claim with UPS.

Con la de años que llevo encima de una bici, nunca me había encontrado con un servicio tan nefasto.
Reservé sesión para un bike fit a través de la web con un mes de antelación. La semana anterior a la fecha, me contactan vía whatsapp diciendo que el profesional estaba en unas jornadas, luego de vacaciones y que no podía ese día, que tenía que cambiarlo. Finalmente encontramos un día y me presento (un poco tarde por cuestiones de tráfico). El chico pone mi bici en un rodillo (nada del potro mecanizado que tienen en la web), me toma las medidas (altura y entrepierna); me hace rodar, me dice que voy larga de pierna y baja el sillín, después dice que no y lo vuelve a subir. Acaba bajándome el manillar y me dice que tengo que cambiar la potencia (“más o menos de unos 70mm”), las calas, el sillín y el manillar. Y me voy por donde vine. (Y 180€ menos en el bolsillo).
Hago los cambios en casa de potencia, calas y sillín y como sigo con molestias, vuelvo a ponerme en contacto, pero es imposible encontrar una fecha y se excusan, me dicen que me buscarán alguna hora. La cita no se da hasta una semana más tarde, que se ponen en contacto para darme una única hora (imposible para mi) y recibo un “OK” y ninguna opción más. De eso hace ya una semana, y he vuelto a preguntar cuándo van a darme cita. Hace casi un mes del estudio. Para cobrar los 180€ sí se dieron prisa, pero para prestar el servicio… no tanto. Por eso, no lo recomiendo. Supongo que si les compras la bici a ellos, te tratan con más deferencia. Si no, se lo toman a broma, te dan largas…

Absolut top Service. Alles hat perfekt geklappt, die Schuhe kamen gut verpackt und verhältnismäßig schnell an.

Realicé el pedido web para recoger en tienda y así aprovechar para visitar Velodrom Odeon en Girona. Todo el proceso de compra muy fácil, intuitivo y rápido.
Tuve varias notificaciones sobre el estado del pedido y lo pude recoger en tienda durante el día previsto.
Y tan sólo llegar a tienda, ya lo tenían "casi" preparado en su bolsa correspondiente con el número de pedido.
El personal muy amable, ágil y profesional.
