Fortune comes to those who are patient...got there in the end!
Great communication, follow-up, friendliness and fulfilling an order with an item that was out of stock right after my order saying it was in stock went through. I had to wait many, many months (end of 2024 November to early May, 2025), but I wasn't in a rush...exactly the opposite. So this worked well for my situation. Thanks Velodrom Team—Karolina and Marta.

I gave my bike to change a fork and it took them two weeks to order and receive a new headset. The stuff was really helpful and easy going but it took to long for just a new headset.

He realizado un pedido online y ponía que el material estaba en stock y han pasado dos semanas y no lo he recibido. Llamé a tienda y me dijeron que me lo llevaban allí, fui expresamente a buscarlo y aún no lo tenían allí. No se si les falla la comunicación o que pero de cara al cliente no lo veo un trato muy optimo. En cuanto al producto nada que decir todo genial

Si no me equivoco:
- realizaste el pedido el 27 de mayo, por lo que no han pasado dos semanas.
- hubo un error de etiquetado de stock, donde aparecía que teniamos un culotte en talla S, pero en realidad no lo teniamos y por eso se retrasó el envío de tu pedido. Ahi nos faltó comunicación porque pasamos 3 días investigando el fallo de stock hasta que lo descubrimosy debiamos haberte informado del retraso.
- Viniste a la tienda el día 4 de junio, te probaste la ropa, y realizaste un cambio de talla de talla S a talla M, ese culotte talla M estaba en nuestra tienda de Girona y solicitamos el envío a tu domicilio Esto fué el día 4 de Junio (hace 2 días).
- El culotte que tenias pendiente se envió ayer por ups a tu dirección con el numero de tracking 1Z4E60476829982645 y deberían entregartelo hoy, 2 días despues de habertelo solicitado. (lo cual no es mucho tiempo)
- Como bien sabes, nuestro stock aunque aparece unificado en la web, esta repartido entre nuestras dos tienda (barcelona y girona).
- A veces, sobre todo con ediciones limitadas como los productos de la colección limitada PAS que has comprado, se producen casos como el tuyo donde los articulos se encuentran en diferentes tiendas, y ahi si que es cierto que tenemos fricciones y retrasos porque tenemos que esperar que nuestro transporte interno o los couriers nos traigan las prendas a tiempo.
Gracias por el feedback y la review, aunque quizás haya sido un poco exagerado una estrella cuando hemos tenido que hacer cambios con tu pedido y mover productos entre tiendas.
DESENCANTADO CON VELODROM
Muy mala experiencia de compra. Compré unas zapatillas de mtb el mes pasado, y como no tenían mi número en la tienda, las dejé pagadas y me avisarían cuando llegaran. 2 semanas más tarde les escribí preguntando por mis zapatillas y me dijeron que lo miraban. Al día siguiente llamé por teléfono y me dijeron que ya estaban en tienda. Al día siguiente voy a la tienda y después de 1 hora buscándolas, llaman a Shimano y les confirman que nunca las enviaron y que tardarían 6 meses en tenerlas. Finalmente me ofrecieron otra marca y acepté. Pero para una tienda boutique como Velodrom, la experiencia de compra fue NEFASTA.

The team went above and beyond to help my client get a sram red groupset on the same day we asked for it. It was amazing how sidney and the rest of the team scrambled to get the parts to girona and help me upgrade the bike to ride the next day.
