I have always enjoyed our service provided by Vending Sense. They are thorough, efficient and provide a faultless service with care.

From my first contact with Sienna at Vending Sense everything run smoothly and professionally. We received the quote quickly and the pricing was very competitive. Installation was quick and everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience 10/10 service

After looking into companies that offer coffee machine leases Vending Sense was by far the best choice. I was put in contact with Sam and he has helped us arrange for machines to be put in all 23 of our stores. Every question i have had has been answered fully. After a trial with 2 machines it was clear this was something we wanted to invest in and everything has been amazing from day 1 . The team have been in contact constantly offering any support we need and helping us choose what is best for our needs. They include many maintenance extras all in one cost and no hidden fees witch was a big selling point for us.

I recently had a coffee machine in our new head office unit/warehouse space in Loughton by Vending Sense. Tara assisted and advised me all the way and was a massive help in me choosing the right product. Our staff are over the moon with the free, tasty coffee we are now providing the team, all thanks to Vending Sense.

I recently purchased a coffee machine from Vending Sense, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect machine for my needs.

The coffee machine itself is fantastic — stylish, easy to use, and produces barista-quality coffee every single time. It’s made such a difference in our workplace (and mornings are much more enjoyable now!).

Delivery was quick, setup was simple, and the aftercare support has been brilliant. It’s rare to find a company that offers both great products and excellent customer service, but Vending Sense absolutely delivers on both.

From the start when Daniel came out to show us the machine through to the install by Lee the service has been amazing all smooth running and they go the extra mile.

Was really impressed with the proactive and friendly service. Moreover, I was impressed with the generosity of knowledge. I wasn't well-versed on the industry and this Account Director went above and beyond to offer quick and clear insight into the industry, and sought out the best deals for my company. Was also flexible around my busy schedule - looking forward to working with again.

Marco is great. He has very quick responses as well as friendly and helpful replies and all goods are shipped over with no hassle.

We ordered a Jura coffee machine from Vending Sense for our fitness studio and this has honestly been one of the most frustrating, disappointing business decisions we’ve ever made.

First, the machine arrived three weeks late and damaged, with a broken payment dongle. While it technically still functions, we were promised a replacement which still hasn’t materialised months later.

From day one, the coffee has been far too cold, barely reaching 52°C. When we raised this, the first engineer said the temperature “wasn’t their responsibility once it hit the cup.” We later found out this was completely false – their own service manager confirmed that the expected cup temperature should be between 60–64°C. So not only is the product faulty, but we were also clearly misled by their staff.

But that’s not all. The pricing has been incredibly dishonest. We were quoted one price via email, but once we signed the agreement, we were hit with hidden costs we were never made aware of:

Setup fees that were never mentioned
An insurance charge quietly added to the £106/month
No transparency or explanation around the final figures
We’ve raised all of these issues multiple times and had several engineer visits – but nothing has been resolved. Communication has been poor, there’s been no urgency, and no effort to make things right. No apology, no compensation, no proper resolution.

We’ve been left with a cold-drink machine, unexpected charges, and a complete lack of support. As a business serving members daily, this reflects badly on us, and we deeply regret trusting Vending Sense.

Avoid them at all costs. The product is unreliable, the pricing is misleading, and the customer service is honestly the worst we’ve dealt with.

From start to finish Mitchell and Joe have advised supported and worked with us moving machines to new locations. Cleaning them so they look brand new and installing a new machine. I can't thank them enough for all they have done insuring that we have two working coffee machines on day one in our new office.

Avoid this company loads of hidden costs! The maintenance charge is a joke £80+ a month on top of the of the monthly rental, then each time a new filter is fitted we received a invoice for £290 not once has anyone been out to actually maintain the machine in 3 years! Now the contract has finished they want £490 to take the machine back! It’s a ripoff STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We have been a long term customer of Liquidline and initially received good customer service for our office contract. So much so that we took out a second contract for a retail location. Sadly the retail location closed down and we had to terminate the contact early. This is when the issues began, we asked to settle the contact with the finance company, who then cancelled the office contract rather than the retail contract. We have since been going back and forth for 11 months to try and settle both contracts whilst being hit with multiple charges that are not relevant to our site. Vending sense are not willing to collect the machines until all accounts have been settled but can't seem to get the right terms for the right contract in place. I have wasted so much time emailing and just seem to be sent around in circles without the account manager taking any ownership or accountability.

Unfortunately the delivery was very delayed and no one updated us, unless we chased them. Even when we did receive it, we was missing parts of the order. They did apologise about the delay, but it took a while to receive replacement products.

However the products themselves are really nice, the hot chocolate is creamy and chocolatey. Not watery like some can be. The syrups are also nice and full of flavour.

Brilliant Service from Brigland!

I had the pleasure of working with Matthew Brigland from Vending Sense while sourcing coffee machines and water taps for our office, and I highly recommend his services. Nice & simple to use with great tasting coffees.

Vending Sense were responsive to all our queries and issues. When the engineer came to install our machine, the consumables had not arrived, but the engineer went and bought us coffee beans and milk to get us by and to be able to fully install the machine. He was demonstrative and explained how to use the machine very well. Would 100% recommend and has made our office staff very happy!
