Knowledgeable sales representatives that were personable and able to tailor our enquiry to ensure we got the best coffee machine to suit our limited work space but also justify the volume of hot drinks we currently produce.

Vending Sense provide our equipment and consumables at a very fair cost with excellent customer service.
Deliveries of consumables is usually made within 24hrs of placing an order.

Completely dishonest service from…
Completely dishonest service from vending sense.
A year in I requested somebody to come look at my machine as there were a fault.
I was then sent an invoice to pay (before they came) for £540. This is despite paying an extended maintenance package, which is compulsory, at £101 a month on top of the machine fee.
I then called to query and was told what I was requesting was not covered in my package.
I then queried what was covered which would allow me to have my machine looked at.
Then got booked in on a service that was covered and had a very nice guy come to look to tell me he couldn’t do anything about the fault, as he couldn’t work out why it was doing what it was doing.
Vending sense then sent me an invoice for £300 and tried to automatically take the payment from my account.
If you can pay to have a professional look over your contract, do that, cause the sales team won’t tell you the half of it.
Easier option, avoid these guys at all costs.

AMAZING Service!
We moved into new office space on Monday 11th, after speaking with the very helpful and fully knowledgeable Sam on 4th Dec - coffee machines, water coolers and services were up and running within a week, AMAZING team work... would absolutely recommend Vending senses, happy customers !

Service good however the best rates not provided up front on renewal so decided to cut ties.
