After much deliberation on a new chair for myself, I had finally decided on a Vertagear SL5800. The chair has been totally worth the investment however, the left armrest broke off 4 months after I bought it. I put in a claim and was thoroughly impressed with both their prompt and thorough responses. It only took about 3 weeks from my initial claim to receive a replacement. Great job Vertagear!

Alienware S5000 chair
I bought an Alienware S5000 chair, and it was delivered with a small crack in a plastic trim piece on the back. When I contacted the company to replace the small trim piece, they told me that they didn't have that part separately, so they immediately mailed me a whole new seat bottom. The customer service was great from start to finish.
Big Guys Love It
Finding chairs for big and tall guys isn't exactly easy. Got the PL6800 and I can fit in it comfortably without worrying. I tend to lean in my chair a lot... like a lot a lot. I keep the chair tilted cause of my height which seems to put more strain on the seat mechanism. Honestly, if I sat like a normal person, the mechanism probably wouldn't need to be replaced once a year. But hey, that's what a warranty is for, and they have great customer service too so all's good.

Purchased an Alienware S5000 chair a year ago. The gas cylinder just went out on the chair. It was still covered under warranty. Vertagear's support team did a great job of replacing the part quickly and with little hassel. Things happen from time to time with any product but it makes a huge difference when the company stands behind their product and services the customer quickly when an issue does arise. Great job! OH, and I still LOVE the chair!

I had the seat mechanism break on a chair I had for years so it was out of warranty. I was ready to buy a replacement but Vertagear sent one free (only paid for shipping). Quick shipping and new part works perfect!

My son is 6'5" 280 lbs and I bought one chair for him 6-7 years ago and will not buy another brand ever again. The chairs are bulletproof for the average adult. My son is extremely rough on his chairs and breaks it about every 18 months. Vertagear helps you diagnose what broke and ships the parts to fix it for free as long as it's still under warranty. I would never buy another brand because Noone else could possibly provide a better product or better service if it breaks

I had purchased the PL4500 VERTAGEAR chair back in August 2019. Recently the base of the chair broke and I submitted a warranty claim. They replaced the base of the chair after 3 years of use with no issues and I would recommend their company and their products. This company has been nothing short of AMAZING!! My son received his gaming chair through the Little Wish program. We had no other information on the details of the chair that was purchased back in 2019. Since then our son has absolutely LOVED his chair and had informed us recently that the seat cushion has a couple of rips in it. I contacted Vertagear customer service and explained the situation. His chair was outside of the warranty on that part. We were given the option to buy a replacement seat cushion or buy a new chair. We responded to their email asking what the prices for both were, completely okay with making the purchase. They then came back to us with a âone time offerâ to replace the seat cushion for free. The seat cushion arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Their communication and customer service was spot on and AMAZING!!! We havenât received customer service this well from many companies in a loooooong time!! Well done Vertagear!!!!
