Decent products - TERRIBLE SUPPORT!
When we received our 2 "new" Triigger 350 chairs and upon opening it became clear to us that at least one of the chairs had been used before as it had multiple scratches and dust all over it - it looked used, and definitely not in new condition.
And the other chair had some scratches and displaced controls.
I then reached out to Vertagear support to hear what we should do because we felt very sorry that our "new" Triigger 350 chairs didn't quite live up to what we expected because they have been used before and had scratches.
It's been 4-5 weeks now, they replied that they were sorry they wasn't new, and that all chairs they send from their warehouse are new - well, clearly they aren't or they are just shipping out returned goods. I'm still waiting for them to reply to my messages, and I haven't heard back from the EU department....
That being said, the chairs are good - the support is none existing.
