Vertinne is not a legit company, they’re using a fake website to scam people. Please report their Facebook if you’re able.

This is definitely a scam, no way to contact them, email address on website came back to me from my server as invalid. Should have gone with my instincts and listened to the reviews on this site. Ended up having to cancel my card, transaction is still on hold in my bank, although I put in a claim….

First off, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Made a purchase and the first, immediate red flag is that I did not receive any confirmation email for my purchase. The only proof of purchase that I had was a statement on my banking app, and Paypal, showing the transaction number for proof of purchase. Upon further research , I looked up the supposed address this company provides in Spencer, Oklahoma, and street view shows you a big open field. There is no building there to suggest any sort of company there. There is no contact number and no option to cancel the order other than to write an email within 6 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation, to which I did. There also aren’t enough purchase reviews. I’ve only come across extremely negative reviews.
For 16 hours my payment sat in pending status, and it was eventually released by my bank. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. They never responded to my email at all, 28 hours later.

Also- the merchant name is “Tran Viet Thai” for the transaction. I know it’s common for warehouses to be located around the world, anywhere, but this site has proven to be a scam. I warn you- please please please do your research on any website you wish to purchase from. Please don’t fall victim to a scam website. I got lucky by getting my money back. It’s worth it to spend the couple extra dollars on your product. Please don’t order from here.

Edit: please go on YouTube and look up Vertinne. There’s a video that explains the scam and the same exact video stitched with all positive things. They didn’t even try to not make it obvious what they were doing. The image at the top of this page happens to be a still of the video…

EDIT: requested a cancellation and refund..
Vertinne BLOCKED my email from contacting them, so I know they saw my original email for request. They disregarded, took my money and added another small charge as well. Due to the fact they saw my request and disregarded, it is now a fraudulent and unauthorized charge. They also changed their name from Vertinne to Sokoyoko

Obvious scam site, stay away.

This is a scam site. Billed immediately to my PayPal which I did not authorize. Site loos legitimate but PayPal told me it's a phishing email and I contacted credit card company. Name is Nguyen out of Singapore. It's FRAUD
