Made purchasing a new car a great experience
Recently purchased a new vehicle through Vertu, cannot thank the James & Adam in the Sales team enough for all their help & support in helping us purchase a vehicle to meet our specific needs. Their customer service & communication was excellent, James has outstanding vehicle product knowledge, he went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met & exceeded, making the whole process simple & pleasurable.

A friendly and professional dealership
This is the third car that I have purchased from here and the reason I always choose this place is because of the friendly atmosphere and the expertise of the staff. They are very knowledgeable. They walk you through the whole process and make it as painless as possible. I have dealt with Paul on all three occasions and what he doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing, he is very friendly and professional, he kept in touch through the whole process and when it was time to collect the car he came out and went through all of the controls and features on the car.

Corey and the team were very helpful…
Corey and the team were very helpful throughout the process. They looked for alternatives to meet budget and even brought a car to home as we were not able to get back in to the branch.
