A unexpected car purchase 3 weeks before my wedding!
From my first phone call to Danielle at Vertu Burton I was made to feel a valued customer. She was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and even sent a comprehensive video of the car both inside and out with a full explanation of what was included.
We went on a good length test drive and didn’t once feel under any pressure to buy (which was really nice)
Delivery was a nice bonus and Danielle took time to explain the sat nav, radio, etc.
All in all a very pleasurable car buying experience.

Very good experience with sales team on…
Very good experience with sales team on quickly moving forward and even agreeing on tighter schedule to make my new car ready for pick up. Professional. BUT, the car had some noticeable scratches (given it's brand new and in Black paint finish) it was really pronounced. It should've been taken care of before hand or handled much more carefully although they quickly polished the surface, and cleared some of them. It got much better yet some stayed. All in all I would recommend Vertu. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking garage
Absolutely shocking garage. Received a letter in the post about a recall on my Citroen C5 Aircross. Owned for about 18 months. Booked it in online, dropped off, was advised to collect at end of day. Received a call at 5:15 pm to ask me when i was going to collect. Drove over, car not ready for collection, hadnt yet been ‘looked at’ despite dropping off at 8:30 am
Was sent a video the following day of my car on ramps telling me £1,700 worth of repairs needed. Urgent, could cause all sorts of damage if not repaired. Could do it quick if paid. I asked about recall completed, no cant do it dont have part. The recall issue could have caused the problem that needed repairing but couldnt fix it as they didnt have the part. But could do my repair if i paid? No warning lights on dash. Advised ok to drive. Told they would call me when part available. I’ve rang the garage 44 times in the last 3 months. Returned my call 0 times. Shocking stay away.

We bought my son’s first car from Vertu in Burton on Trent. Rachel was absolutely fantastic, and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. We will be back when my youngest turns 17!!

Danielle was great at answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with everything and took her time in explaining everything and even after I went to pick up the car she came and sat inside with me to tell me what every button was.

I leased a brand new ec3 citroen which …
I leased a brand new ec3 citroen which was not the car i wanted,, they couldn't get the one i wanted,, and had to take it back to the showroom 5 days in a row with issues, they kept it for 5 hours to supposedly fix the issues, and they didn't, its booked in again, and I've only had it for 2 weeks , to be fair, being a libra, I feel I must say that the team at vertu burton, having had the car back twice, have done their very best to resolve issues with the car, but I really do not think anyone should have issues like i had with a brand new car, I think poor manufacturing comes into consideration, I mean what car production company would incorporate a pre heating option via an app,( which might sound nice in cold weather ,and indeed would be a comforting thought) only to have the car draw in cold air when you get in and drive it. Beggers belief that does, my wife has named the car Christine, because it can or rather could, " they have fixed it now", turn its own lights on and leave them on all night whilst parked on the drive,,
