Extremely disappointed with the way this company handled damage caused to my car. For over a week we were repeatedly told they were not responsible, despite the evidence and concerns raised. Tristan Peters in particular denied any responsibility during this time and was also very rude and dismissive throughout the situation, before the company later admitted fault.
The damage itself was frustrating enough, but the dishonesty, attitude, and lack of accountability made the situation far worse. Customers deserve honesty and respectful communication from the beginning, not delays, excuses, and poor treatment.
I would strongly recommend people take photos of their vehicle before using this company and think carefully before trusting them with their property.

Avoid This Untrustworthy Business (ford bolton) – Broken Promises & Faulty Cars yes car was fixed after 2 weeks Do not trust a word this company says. Manager go back on their word and ignore written agreements.I was sold a faulty vehicle. While accidents can happen, their handling of the situation has been completely unfair. To prevent me from rejecting the vehicle and handing it back, the manager explicitly promised in writing via email that they would extend my warranty.However, as soon as they got the car back to me, their story completely changed:They claimed someone had already discussed the warranty with me before the car was returned. This never happened.When I politely emailed to ask for the specific duration of the new extended warranty, they went back on their promise and claimed I was "already covered for 6 months."The manager now claims he "didn't know" about the situation until the night before, yet he made no effort to contact me or honor the agreement.They used a false promise of an extended warranty as a tactic to stop me from returning a faulty car, and then immediately went back on their word once the car was delivered.This is an unprofessional, untrustworthy dealership. I am completely done with them. I have now escalated this breach of contract directly to my finance company to handle. I will be selling this car privately as soon as possible just to cut ties with them. Never using this business again—avoid at all costs.
However I will note am happy banbury peguot was able to fix my car and help me when my car first broke down they where very kind.
And I was grateful bolton replaced my childs car seat I will note that but broken promises is not fair and deception
If you make promises keep them or let people no in advance was a mistake
All I won't is a formal apologies for all this mess but customer service hard to get hold of and just there to protect business
Very stressful time and I won't buy a car again from hear unfortunately the shocking part was I was recommended vertu motors and I am so unhappy with my exsprincess but just for sales sadly
Matt, Simon and Jack at Bolton were a great team, found us a great deal and really looked after us. Highly recommend!

I turned up to Vertu Bolton on 8th April. I needed to upgrade my car and part exchange my current PCP. I had 8 days until the balloon was to be taken. I knew that I wanted a Ford Puma. I met James. Told him my dilemma and what I wanted. He told me he was up to the challenge and I made pretty easier as I knew what make and model of car wanted and what colours and extras I was keen on. We had 8 days, it tough but doable.
James Baldock has been fabulous throughout. To paraphrase Craig David: turned up on a Tuesday, test drive on Thursday, drove away on the Friday.
James answered all many questions and treated me with respect and dignity. I've been to other car dealerships in the past and always felt like I needed a man with me so I wasn't fobbed off. James was different. I feel he supported me to find the car I wanted and needed without making me feel lesser for being a woman.
James deserves some sort raise. When I need a new a car in the future I will definitely be returning to Vertu and I hope James will still be there!

I recently had another outstanding experience with Vertu Motors (Bolton) while getting my Ford Ranger serviced, and I felt it deserved recognition.
From start to finish, the level of customer care was exceptional. A special thank you to Tom on the service desk, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. Even though my service wasn’t due until June, he made the effort to fit me in at a time that worked for me, which I really appreciated.
Liam carried out a thorough visual health check on the vehicle and took the time to ensure everything was in great condition, giving me real peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know the vehicle is being looked after with such attention to detail.
When it came to collection, Tristan was equally professional and helpful, making the handover smooth and straightforward.
Overall, the team delivered a seamless, friendly, and highly professional experience once again. It’s this consistent level of service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

Id highly recommend, saw a car on vertu website and within 5 days of applying for my new car I had it. Before these I had seen on another car dealers website. Glad I dropped out. This car I purchased from vertu Bolton is in immaculate condition very low milage for the age of the car. Nothing to fault. My sales executive Stephen went above and beyond kept me up to date on everything nothing was too much trouble for him. On arrival to collecting my new car I was greeted by Stephen and before I signed everything I was shown the car made sure I was happy with everything. Car was already taxed on my behalf. The time it took to sign everything was very good, would recommend vertu ford bolton. If you are looking for a new car and would recommend you dealing with Stephen. Also gave me a good part exchange value on my car they took from me.

Irquam was Amazing Brilliant Sales Person, he couldn’t do enough for us. We had a very long drive from Dagenham to Bolton and he made sure everything was ready when we got there. Very happy more than happy with our new Car.
