We are very sorry to learn about the issues your sister experienced and the inconvenience caused by the repeated breakdowns of her vehicle. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been for her to experience the same fault again so soon after our inspection and repair work.
We are also disappointed to hear that the underlying cause of the problem was not identified during her visit to our dealership, particularly as she had specifically requested a thorough investigation into the recurring electrical fault. We understand the concerns this has raised and the loss of confidence it has caused.
Additionally, we apologise for any frustration caused by the lack of response to your correspondence. We recognise that customers expect their concerns to be acknowledged and taken seriously.
