Customer Service outstanding didn’t get the reception persons name excellent customer care . I dealt with Tom Kent who was informative very professional courteous a pleasure to deal with . Cameron also very helpful and courteous .

Looking for Quality Service? Then Vertu is the Best!
The main thing that made our experience great was the high level of care, respect, patience, knowledge and guidance provided by the sales team.( particularly Mark Caughey) And the range of cars/models on offer. At no time did we feel pressurised into making a decision and all questions asked were recognised as worthy of an honest answer. We have No hesitation in recommending Vertu Toyota Darnley for anyone looking for a new Toyota Car

Want to know how excellent customer service looks like? Go to Vertu at kennieshead road. From Sadie at reception who is a gem, to everyone making sure you're comfortable-its such a fab experience. The motability sales staff are so knowledgeable and you are kept up to date at all times. Cannot rate highly enough
