A good car-buying experience.
Sales Executive, Shannon, took as much time as needed to assist me in making the right choice of vehicle and being helpful in the part exchange and purchasing process. On the day of collection, she ensured I was fully familiar with the controls of the new car before driving it home.

How Marvelous! Delightful Car Purchase and Follow-up!
My wife and I would like to thank everyone at Vertu Honda Exeter for getting us into our much-appreciated Honda Approved ‘23 HR-V.
Special thanks are due to James P., who proved most kind, helpful, forthright, supportive and knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process, including the part trade of our beloved High Up!
Thoughtful and considerate, James and Sales Manager Ben also oversaw our follow up need for various accessories. It was a pleasure working with these two consummate professionals!
Millie, Rebecca, Steve and James II (!) all most kindly helped us along the way, smoothing what normally one expects to be a highly stressful endeavor.

Right from the start of the sales procedure Harry, at Vertu Honda Exeter, was informative and helpful without being pushy. Kept me updated with the progress of the sale especially when there was a slight delay at the final hurdle.
