This is our first Honda but after only having it for a few days it certainly won’t be the last.The customer service was excellent and we can’t fault the attention and professionalism we received from Habib

We have now bought two Honda jazz vehicles from Vertu in Huddersfield. On both occasions Habib has been the salesman. He is always extremely courteous and helpful and makes the whole process very easy. He also explains everything very clearly and we would definitely buy another car from Vertu .Thankyou Habib.

I only stopped by to Virtu Huddersfield as they had both the colours I wanted to see in their showroom, I didn't actually intend to buy as I'd found a deal already.
Marina was however so nice a sales person that I ended up signing with these guys.
Very glad I did. They matched my deal, gave a good part exchange price, kept me well informed, and made a huge fuss of us on new car day! Wholeheartedly recommended!

Must give a big thank you to Phil Bignall for his service and patience, nothing to much trouble for him.made contact after sale completed and again after car delivered to check everything OK.also thanks to Andrew for help in completion of purchase. Just seam to be a great team lead by Mark who stepped in when others were busy .

Just a shame of bad communication also having chase refund lots of times being told different story also car had fault on it could been fixed on site
In end management did resolve refund I had take my car to different dealer as lost faith in these this is reason for 1 star never use these again don’t care about the customers

I recently bought a used Honda car from Honda Vertu Huddersfield. I would like to recommend them for their good service so far. My personal sales representative is Habib Treasure. He has been lovely throughout. Very helpful, approachable and most of all friendly, (a really pleasant person to deal with, a credit to Honda Huddersfield)

Purchase of car was smooth and no issues. The problem came when I tried to book my car in for its first service and MOT under the service plan I was sold.

When I purchased the service plan last year one of the key benefits was free collection and delivery within 10 miles of the dealer. When I actually came to use this for the first time last week I was told I would have to pay £60 for this service, something introduced recently.

I referenced my original sales quote and was basically told tough luck. Took it up with the service plan team who tried to justify it “because service prices have increased recently so the plan is still good value”.

That’s not how it works. Won’t go as far as to say I won’t use Vertu again but certainly left a bitter taste and wouldn’t actively recommend.
