Brought a kia stinger. Car had a rattle from day one. They had it for over 6 months for first year alone. Finance company got involved and they had to fix it but did not same rattle. They said its a second hand car ( 2 years old, full service 39k miles) so shut up and put up! Aboslute rubbish company from top bottom. Been lied to by so many of their staff. AVIOD THEM and by from Some one reputable.

Just got my honda jazz , have to say I got excellent service from the whole team and especially from Austin who looked after me through the whole process and dealt with all my queries really happy with my car I would definitely recommend them, thank you so much for a gold standard of service

My wife and I loved the reliability of our manual Honda Jazz, which we had driven for 10 years. We saw a Jazz Crosstar that we liked in Vertu Lincoln and came for a test drive. Karolina was very patient, professional and friendly. Now we are the proud owners of this hybrid Jazz. Thank you Karolina. We hope this car will be just as reliable!

I was looking for a car and could not find the 1 wanted in Dundee. Google search came up with 1 at Honda Lincoln, after speaking to Austin I though it would be impossible as it was so far away. After speaking to Austin who was very helpful I now have my new car, thanx to Kev the driver for delivering it to me. The service I received was first class. Thank you Austin & Kev the driver.

I have moved from a manual Jazz, with a traditional driving style, to an automatic hybrid Jazz, which is highly technical and a totally different driving style. Karolina Gipejonok went through the sales procedure, complicated by my retaining my number plate, explaining at every stage what she would do and what I needed to do. She very effectively inducted me into the new Jazz, going clearly and precisely through what all the many controls and software, etc., did and how I accessed them.
Karolina was excellent, in every aspect of the purchasing process and particularly the handover. She was relaxed and friendly, which gave me confidence in her abilities. There were some unexpected elements which, again, she efficiently worked them through for me.

It started as we drove past the dealership in Lincoln. We saw a car that just looked ideal for us. We called in and met with the sales person Richard Clark. Although he was busy he went out of the way to assist us.
On a second visit we decided to buy the ZRV.
Excellent service. Everything we needed to know was explained. On handover date there was paperwork, but Richard guided us through. All in all a very good car purchasing experience and I wish some of the others had been as good as this one,

LINCOLN

I turned up for an appointment with Karolina (she made the appointment with me) after a 90 minute drive, however, she was busy so I had a long wait. I guess the first person you speak to has to be the salesperson for commission purposes!

I was offered a HOT drink on a very hot day which I declined. I wish I had walked over to a nearby supermarket to buy a cold drink during the long wait!

£500 extra part exchange is mythical! Because I had travelled a long way after work, I accepted an agreement with one small proviso that the locking wheel nuts would be removed.

At NO time was I offered a test drive.

The manager, Matthew ignored my email of complaint although he must have read it because the car went back on sale! The person I first saw, Aaron, was on holiday the next day and Karolina had 2 days off after the following day when she contacted me late in the day. She gave me Matthew Hodgkinson's email address so I guess that's the way they like to do business. Uncontactable misleading salespersons supervised by a disinterested so-called manager!

I do wonder if the car was just a tarted up trade car as the red paintwork was extremely shiny (but dusty), the interior was in good condition but the boot was very scratched on one side. Bearing in mind NO guarantee or warranty was mentioned for this £16,800 car, I am glad in one way I pulled out only because the promise made above would not be kept!
In addition, NO documemtation relating to this car's service history or ownership was ever shown to me! I had to believe James in Bristol over the telephone.

However, the MotoNovo agreement (hard search) is preventing me from buying a car elsewhere using this company or any other (I don't have the agreement number).

Will Matthew Hodgkinson have the "bottle" to post a reply, nobody from this dealership has contacted me so far?!

If I could have given-5 stars I would have.
I rang these bunch of charlatans to investigate a humming noise coming from the rear of the vehicle as I suspected that a wheel bearing may be going down. The lady asked if I would like the service done at the same time as it was almost due, to which I agreed as it's on a service plan with this bunch of cowboys.
After a very dubious 'inspection' of the vehicle, the technician/mechanic/recent school leaver declared that the wheel bearings are fine but the track rod ends need replacing.
The noise from the rear continued.
I took the car to a proper mechanical engineer who discovered that the track rod ends are fine but one of the rear hub bearings was failing. He also found a slit in one of the rear tyres which the technician/mechanic/recent school leaver at Honda had failed to notice when conducting the vehicle 'health check'.
I am cancelling my service plan and don't intend letting this bunch of crooks anywhere near a car of mine ever again.
I will be reporting this officially, as I and my passengers could have easily been killed because of this incompetent buffoon who checked my car over.

Poor/non existent Honda/customer communication. Having rung what appears to be a generic call centre in the North East to arrange work for one of my two Hondas (both purchased from Virtu Honda in Lincoln), I was offered a 10.45am appointment. Upon arriving at the garage I was told wait as my vehicle wouldn't be looked at until after 3pm ! With no prior notice and expecting my morning appointment to be honoured I had no alternative other than to leave and drive back to my home incurring a 40 mile round trip and a waste of several hours of my time. I'd like to know why appointments can't be made locally as the 'call centre approach' from some totally unrelated area of the UK clearly isn't working. I was advised by the Receptionist at Lincoln to request a 'waiting appointment' in future - something I actually remember specifying to 'the North East' guy!! Virtu Honda need to look after their customers better, it's not just about selling cars!!
