Friendly efficient service. Sales staff informative and not pushy at all. ICCU failure sorted in 3 days with a beautiful Ioniq 5 loan car. Best dealership I’ve ever used

Jodie and her team did a great job fixing my car. It came in for an upgrade which was done quickly and efficiently. They also undertook a health check which was very useful. And thanks for inflating my tires. Again thanks to everyone for the service I received.

I bought a new Hyundai Tucson hybrid and traded in my older model. I was very happy with all the help to sort out my new purchase. Dominic went through the deals again and helped with latest deals and ensuring payments were what we were. happy with for buying the new car. Also Oula and Cellan helped go through paperwork making it an easy process, Great team! many thanks Sean.

Appalling service for a diagnostic and ludicrously overpriced for any proposed works. They carry out ‘free of charge’ visual inspections on any car that goes into them to scare monger you into having work done that either doesn’t need doing or can be fixed yourself at home for less than a fiver (vs their £168!). They also pay zero attention to the actual issue in hand and go by their process rather than basic common sense and decent customer service. Don’t waste your time or money by going to these fraudsters - stick with the trustworthy independents who know what they’re talking about!

Well, I must say from the start to the finish, we were treated,with respect. Dominic was,m excetional he took us through the the options of getting the vehicle to the time we decided to get the vehicle. When we went to pick the vehicle up, Dominic took us through the workings of the vehicle. Was really glad to have purchased the vehicle from Hyundai and the vehicle is tops.

My vehicle was recalled on a safety issue. I was very happy with the professional and friendly service I received from Steve as garages can sometimes be intimidating for women. I-would recommend Vertu to friends and family.

We bought our car 4 years ago from Hyundai Bristol and have always found them to be very courteous and helpful.
We got to know Steve Anderson through him taking charge of my vehicle when in their workshop and ensuring that I get the best possible service and is always happy to discuss or reassure me of anything to do with my car and keep me updated. Considering how busy they are he always gives you his full attention.
Steve has made a note to give me a call in July to book my car in and discuss the best new tyres that my car will need rather than me having to research it myself.
As trained technicians you know that car will be treated with the expert knowledge you would expect from a main dealer.
Will certainly continue to use Hyundai Bristol and would buy from them again when the comes to update car .

We had a great experience with Stephen from Vertu Hyundai Bristol. He was knowledgeable about the cars on offer, and selected a car that suited our needs. We had a no pressure test drive, and talked through our options. There was no pressure at any point and we were well looked after.

Excellent buying experience . Nothing was to much trouble and a pressure free sale . Thanks to manager Peter and salesman tim it was a very enjoyable purchase and hand over would definitely recommend this dealership
