Vertu Hyundai at Silverlink set the standard for others to follow. From our first visit to the showroom to driving away in a new Tucson the customer service has been second to none. No pushy sales pitches. Just friendly, approachable, genuine people.
A special mention to Chris. From our initial test drive through to going through all the various options up to completion he could not have been more helpful.
Having purchased vehicles for over 40 years now Vertu Hyundai at Silverlink show the rest how it should be done and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish this was a lovely experience. The salesman (Adrian Rainbow) was lovely, friendly and professional. Took me out for a test drive, answered my (many) questions and gave me all the information I needed. The process was quick and efficient and I would definitely recommend.

The service I received was excellent from the phone call to the garage right up until I drove away in my new car. I telephoned ahead to see if I needed to book a test drive, the receptionist transferred me to Will who asked what car I was interested in. I told him I10 premium and the time I would be arriving. He said he would not be available but would arrange for his colleague Chris to be there to take me on the test drive. I received a video from Chris showing me the car inside and out so I had any idea of what the car was like. On arrival Chris was very professional and made me feel at ease and explained everything about the car thoroughly and all the services that were available to me.We went on the test drive and he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the car and its features. When we got back he took my own car out for a drive then explained what the trade in would be and showed me all the figures and he would organise the tax and registration of the new car I just had to sort out my change over with my car insurance. There was never any pressure put on me to purchase the car or any of the available extras. Chris is very good at his job and an asset to the Vertu Motors. I would most definitely recommend him and Hyundai Silverlink to anyone I know thinking of buying a new car. The showroom manager even came over to thank me for my purchase and to wish me well. The icing on the cake was the car reveal when I went to collect the car. Customer service at its best. Thanks to Chris and the team at Vertu Motors Silverlink for the easiest most stress free car purchase ever. 🤗

Excellent service from start to finish of sales process.

Our experience was excellent at Vertu motors Silverlink. Chris mentioned that there was a year old Kona available with a low mileage so as we had been looking at a new Kona - we thought we would have a test drive and consider buying a used car. That was arranged and we were really impressed with the car.

At all times we were dealt with professionally and Chris was so helpful in match us to the right car.

Geoff was a pleasure to meet to get my new car. Both Geoff and Connor went out of their way to find me the specific car I wanted and got not only the car but extras! This shows their high level of customer service in satisfying the needs of customers. Thank you.

Sales team are very helpful. We had a good long test drive. After sales needs improvement as they had to be chased up on a minor issue.

After being interested in a couple of cars elsewhere and seeing how other dealerships worked I decided to go buy a suzuki at the vertu Hyundai dealership at the Silverlink. I can honestly say that I was blown away from first reserving the car till when I drove it home. It's extremely obvious to anyone who goes there that the customer service and standards are through the roof! The car I wanted was in superb condition and Salesperson Dan knew everything about that car everything about my current car having worked at honda previously. 10/10 from him from first contact right the way through to driving home. Nothing was too much trouble for him and what can be a chore (buying a car) was actually an extremely pleasurable experience! Thankyou. Connor was unreal and again superb in every single way and again nothing was too much trouble for him. The warm atmosphere when walking in was so nice. Hyundai Silverlink staff are professional and very friendly. The first time we visited was with our daughter who was interested in a i20. Our daughter with the advise of Chris in the showroom made a purchase. We were so impressed with Chris and the i20 we went back the following day and again with his advise made a purchase also. He had the car ready for us the same day and when we went to pick it up we were delighted at how they presented the car to us. Chris then sat in the car and went through all the controls with me. I am loving the car and Hyundai Silverlink and Chris will definitely be the place we will go in the future for a new car.
