Fantastic service throughout, and such genuine customer service

Staff are really nice, really helpful in a relaxed environment, a pleasurable experience all round.

The sales team are warm and welcoming, and helped us find the right car, rather than try and push something we did not want. Very good communication throughout the process and helped us even though we changed our mind on a number of things.

Easy process from start to finish. Our sales chappie was Gary Keenor whom we couldn’t fault. We found him to be friendly, efficient, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Stuart was simply fantastic. Purchased the car remotely and Stuart did all the checks for me to include test driving it himself and then arranging me multiple videos to save my a 350 mile journey to go and look at the car and he also went out of his way to arrange trailered delivery to the North East from Exeter. Car arrived in immaculate condition as described and Stuart kept us updated through the whole process. Car arrived on time and as described and the Vertu Honda dealer where it was delivered to where also very helpful in the handover process. Ryan called me on the day of handover as Stuart was off and he made all the statements to paperwork and set me up on the Land Rover app. Seamless from start to finish.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Vertu, and a special mention has to go to John Ashman for delivering what must be the best customer service we’ve ever received when car shopping.
We originally popped in just to check boot space on a couple of nearly-new and used models we thought were within our budget. We weren’t expecting much attention – after all, we were only looking second-hand. John couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful if we’d walked in ready to buy the top-spec demonstrator outright.
He spent ages with us, answering every question, and then casually ran the numbers on the latest offers. Turns out the deals on new cars were so good that we could actually afford the exact specification we wanted brand-new for pretty much the same monthly cost as the used ones we’d been looking at. No hard sell, no pressure, just honest advice and proper expertise.
If you’re anywhere near Vertu Land Rover in Exeter ask for John – he’s a credit to the dealership and made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we walked in. Can’t recommend highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time I visit this shambles I end up sitting and waiting for half an hour or more - today Land Rover assist organised a curtesy car booked me a taxi as the vehicle was ready to collect from 2pm. Taxi was late so I didn’t arrive till almost 3… arrive and was told nothing is arranged for you, it’s going to be half and hour to 40 minutes.
Haven’t even been offered a coffee at this point..

I’ve never had this issue with Roger young.

Jonathan Redfern found a fantastic car that suited our needs perfectly and was available without having to wait for manufacture. He's very personable and made us feel completely at ease. Vertu Range Rover Exeter. We recently purchased our Range Rover Evoque used car from Range Rover Exeter and on doing so we received Excellent customer care service from the start to the completion collection day and also arranged for the camera equipment to be repaired nearby to us.

This was my first experience of owning an EV vehicle, I visited a number of local dealers, independent and manufacturer approved, this was the first dealer that treated me as a potential valued customer and made me feel welcome without the over burdening sales pressure, letting the car do the selling.

I had been looking to replace my F Pace with an I Pace, all the vehicles I had looked at locally had defects in some way and clearly not described honestly, I decided to look further afield and found a vehicle in Land Rover Exeter, it looked good on the dealers website so I paid the £99 deposit late one evening, the following morning I received a call from the salesman who was able to answer all my questions so I arranged to travel 100 miles two days later to take a look. To my surprise based the car was exactly as described, the test drive sold me the car and I made arrangements to collect a few days later. This time I travelled to Exeter by train and was collected at the station, the car had been excellently prepared, couldn't fault the preparation, a couple of things had been put right and the car was in the showroom ready, fully charged ready to go.

I was shown around the vehicle, everything was very well explained, the Sales Manager introduced himself and using his words made me feel I was a part of their family. The whole process made me feel like a valued customer.

I drove home 105 miles, my first long trip in an EV, delightful car to drive. I would highly recommend this dealer, well worth travelling 100 miles to visit.

A complex sake with two cars traded in and also dealing with SMART repair insurance there was absolutely nothing that Ryan would not assist with; he was brilliant during my first purchase from LR but this time he took it to another level.
