A big thank you to everyone at Vertu Land Rover Leeds for such a perfect experience when purchasing our new Discovery. Simon was extremely attentive, ensuring all of our requirements were met — especially the 360° cameras my wife wanted for easier parking. His approach was both professional and genuinely friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
The video Simon put together of the car was excellent, clearly outlining its features and condition. The conferencing also made everything incredibly easy, especially as I live 160 miles from the dealership. I will certainly be back when its time to change :)

I rated my experience 5/5 stars because the service I received from Vertu Land Rover Leeds was outstanding. The team successfully diagnosed and resolved a very difficult and ongoing issue with my vehicle that had previously been challenging to fix.
Their professionalism, technical expertise, and persistence were impressive, and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. It was clear that they were committed to identifying the root cause and ensuring the problem was fully resolved.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to Beckie Barron for her support and communication throughout the process—it was greatly appreciated.

Best Land Rover dealership in the area
Following a shocking experience with Lloyd Land Rover at York when I last changed my vehicle in 2023, it was a pleasure to deal with Vertu Leeds.
Gemma was superb throughout (very professional).

Ranger Rover purchase - Leeds
I recently purchased a Range Rover Stealth and a Defender from the Leeds outlet, and the whole experience was fantastic.
From the moment we walked into the showroom, the team made us feel genuinely looked after. They were attentive, professional, and worked hard to put together a great deal for us.
A special mention to Ranbir, who spent the entire afternoon making sure everything was right and that all our needs were met. His approach, patience, and customer care were a big part of why we ended up buying two cars instead of just one!
A really first-class experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Without doubt the best experience ever buying a car.
The whole process from seeing the car for the first time to driving away was exceptional.
I have previously purchased brand new luxury cars from Mercedes and BMW but my experience at Vertu when buying a relatively inexpensive secondhand car was actually better than those prestigious brands.
The approach by Sarah Hellewell, the sales executive who gave us personal service, was exemplary.
Sarah was extremely helpful, knowledgable and truly professional in everything she did and was not all pushy and gave us time to make our own decisions without any pressure.
She went the extra mile on all aspects of the sale and we were confident of the advice she gave.
Thanks again Sarah for a wonderful experience—it restored my faith in car salespeople!
