Land Rover Taunton - John, Harriet and General Manager Paul all made us feel very comfortable at this dealership they were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all like the usual ‘sales people’ you find at most dealerships. We were given all the time we needed without being rushed, in fact we spent several hours there, and never felt under any pressure to buy. As a result of the way we were treated by all the terrific staff, we did buy a vehicle and even enjoyed spending more than I intended to! 😀 Great dealership with great staff, well done to all of them.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience right through from initial arrival at showroom through to the actual collection of the vehicle at a time that was convenient to us.
Dee the salesman we dealt with was calm not pushy and gave us all the time and consideration we needed to make our decision.
He followed up with a curtesy call a few days after delivery and also responded to an email enquiry straight away. Great service as you would expect from làndrover.

Ollie picked up my order after the previous sales person left. He did a great job. The handover of the new vehicle was outstanding and I left the showroom confident that I knew how the vehicle functioned.

The whole process was very straightforward and we were talked through every step, trading in, test drive, purchase plans, servicing, warranties etc. Gabrielle Dart was great. She couldn't have been more helpful. I'm chuffed to bits with my car. I can't think of anywhere that needs improvement.

I rang and spoke to Nick at Taunton on Wednesday late afternoon asking if they could do my numberplate for me. I couldn't have asked for someone more helpful, kind, thoughtful and polite. It was done by Friday morning ..today...and hand delivered to my door. Thank you so so much. 5 star 🌟

Salesperson Joe Turner went a long way to restoring our experience of Land Rover from previous bad ones, hence we had a period away from Brand.

Poor handover - Bought a used land rover defender 2021…
Bought a used land rover defender 2021 , received the car - with a few questionable things that clearly didn’t fit with my £45k spend .
Car bonnet wouldn’t open , despite apparently having a 160 point check prior to sale.
The car was very damp inside due to a recent valet in lieu of handover . This now I now was to hide the doggy smell that I’m now plagued with.
The tyre were all lower in tread - 3mm apart from the front which the NSF was very low on the outer edges
Buyer be warned- this isn’t a 5 star place !
Not recommend.
