The Vertu Mazda Sales Team in Hamilton provided an outstanding service to us after a foreign van wrote off our own car in a collision. We secured a great deal on a lovely pre-reg Mazda CX 30. Our Sales Exec Jamie S. was genuinely helpful talking us through the whole purchase on the phone while we were recovering at home. Nothing was too much trouble - personalised video round the car, all the info we needed and delivery to our door in rural Argyll - all within 3 days of contacting them! We are delighted with our new shiny red Mazda… and the new 6 year warranty… and the CX 30’s excellent Euro NCAP safety rating… We are grateful to Jamie, Frank and the others involved for “going the extra mile” and helping us out of a difficult situation. I’ve had two bad experiences with this dealership with a car under warranty.
Terrible service and awful attitude. When you start to complain they immediately get extremely defensive.
The pictures show error messages that showed up on the car. They charged me £80 and said there’s no fault. The car is literally telling me to get it checked 😂
Booked the car in previously and arrived only to be told after waiting 20 minutes that the car hadn’t actually been booked in and I’d need to come back another day, like it was a mild inconvenience.

I have purchased a car through Vertu Motors previously (when it was known as Macklin Motors). I generally had a good experience with them at that time, so when it came to purchasing a new car, I decided to go back to them. The experience was pleasant, with no "hard sell", and time and space were given to me to make my mind up about my purchase. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I've been a customer of Vertu Motors (formerly Macklin Motors) since 2010. My wife and I just bought a new Mazda CX5, and collected it yesterday. Staff were excellent with us - never felt pressured to buy and the staff gave us an excellent deal. More importantly, we were made to feel in control of the process from start to finish, and the car itself is just right for us.

The very minute we visited the dealership for Mazda in Hamilton we felt at ease, we had at this point been to many showrooms to look for a new car and we met with rude and obnoxious sales people, however this was a very positive experience. Scott W made us very welcome from the outset with the offer of a seat and a coffee, highly recommended, the coffee. Scott went to great trouble to make the buying experience as smooth and trouble free as possible. We got a great price for our trade-in and a great deal on the, new( to us ) Mazda CX-5. I would highly recommend the dealership for your next car. Scott W really made this one of the best sales experiences we have had when buying a new car.

The Mazda agent was professional, friendly and helpful. He wasn’t pushy but let me look, ask and decide at my pace.

I can't praise the staff highly enough from start to finish I was made to feel important my particular purchase took a bit of time and I was kept up to date with every part of process.
