We recently purchased a ex demo Vito from Mercedes Benz in Aylesbury
After speaking to Mudit on the phone we decided to travel from Derbyshire, so quite a way, to see one of the Mercedes Vito demo vans at Mercedes Benz Aylesbury....on arrival we were greeted by Mujit who spent quite a few hours with us taking us for a test drive and showing us around the van...so pleasant and helpful and in no rush to usher us away, all in all it was a very pleasant stress free experience and well worth the long journey down and we decided to buy the van that day...Thank you to Mudit for taking the time with us, and to the lovely receptionist ( sorry I didn't get your name ) for making us feel so welcome...it is quite a rarity in this day and age....Mercedes Benz Aylesbury you should be very proud of your staff...

First EV driver and first Mercedes
After a disappointing experience with another EV brand leading to me cancelling my order, I thought I'd try my local Mercedes dealer in Aylesbury. Wow, what a difference. From start to finish I got the impression that the team cared about my order. The communication was fantastic throughout and I'd like to particularly thank Neil Egan for his support and patience in dealing with a first-time EV driver!

Excellent service from start to finish.
I had an excellent experience with Neil Egan at Mercedes Aylesbury. From start to finish, Neil’s service was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand my needs, kept me well informed at every stage, and ensured I was completely happy with the outcome.
