WASTE OF TIME
I made an online booking and clearly described the repair required.
Upon arrival I was informed of a £140 diagnostic charge that was not stated online. I was also told I would receive a free video inspection and be contacted after but I received no call.
Although I booked a waiting appointment, I was then told the vehicle was booked in for 4 hours.
When I arrived, I the repair I required was confimed the same i requested, I was told this could not be done today as an "audit of parts departments" was necessary taking place and that I would need to book another appointment.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the wasted.

Collection of New Nissan Quashqai E Power
I arrived at Vertu Nissan to collect my new car. David the sales person who had been looking after me throughout greeted me at the reception desk, we did all the paperwork before going out to see the new car.
David took me a round the outside of the car then the inside, all the time taking his time to explain things to me, he was thorough and precise, showing me how to pair my phone and then personalise the infotainment system.
I was thoroughly impressed with Davids technique and he made sure I was happy with all the controls before I left the dealership, well done Vertu Nissan, and David Cooper-Fowkes

Don't go on 1st impressions
After an initial 2 star review due to being kept waiting..I received a call of apology from Alex the manager the day after..he explained what went off..and whilst he acknowledged this did sound like an excuse he reassured me it wasnt and then explained what he has done in order for my initial expericne to not happen again..there was no pressure no mention of a sale or the car just apologies..after reconsideration I made appointment later in the day to view the car..once I arrived I was met at the door by Abbie..from this point everything flowed as it should have..I was impressed by the car being brought inside for a view as it was raining..impressed with the interaction on the test..just overall impressed by the service...I bought the car..when I went to collect again the service was amazing ..the car ..the collection the staff..the service A1..only downside to this was no longer dealing with Bradley at Vertu Darlington..that guy was a charm 👌

It was a nice expiring from the first…
It was a nice experience from the first visit to the show room to actually driving the new Nissan away.
Staff were very polite, welcoming and very professional.
Special thank you to Russell who listened to our needs and then talked through with us our options.
He then kept in communication of when the car would be ready.
On the day of collection he was very polite, friendly and professional
He even made builders tea ha.
Once he showed us to the car He then took time to explain all the controls and set up blue tooth for me.
Very good service and I would like to thank Russell and all involved in our process.
I would highly recommend

From my first enquiry, the company has remained very professional.
I was contacted by one of the sales team, Russell, who explained the buying experience thoroughly, He was very knowledgeable about my Peugeot, although this, not being the speciality vehicle that he usually deals with, has this was Nissan Chesterfield.
His help throughout my purchase was invaluable, I didn't feel rushed into my purchase and was given time to think about my purchase.
I would definitely purchase from this company again, and advise my family and friends to do the same. 5 Stars from me. And thank you for your service.
